The associate I spoke to had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find me anywhere in the system, and sincerely treated me as if I was either stupid or lying to her (tone, condescension, couldn't believe what I was saying). When I told her it was no problem and thanked her for her time she promptly hung up on me without another word.

I got back in the room quickly and the doctor is who came out to get me and then he did the review of my issues right there on the spot. Talk about personalized service. He is incredibly nice, informative and takes the time to really discuss what your problems are and what the solutions are and how we're going to move forward. I like this guy a lot.

First, I got someone on the phone ..no answering service or answering machine. Second, I was able to make a same day appointment. We arrived when we were told to arrive, which was 30 minutes early in order to fill out some paperwork. I think our appointment was delayed due to a late show, but it was not a bother to me since I used to be that way when my life was overscheduled and now it was not. The doctor was very professional, detail oriented, and trustworthy. The staff was very personable. I would highly recommend this office and plan on coming back.

The staff is friendly and helpful, everything was explained adequately. The cost of the procedure was surprisingly low. My only complaint is that an appointment scheduled for a particular time may last for hours, much of the time sitting in the waiting room. I understand that medical procedures can't be precisely scheduled, but there ought to be a way to cut down on the wait time. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Moore and his colleagues to anyone.

When I was looking for providers with my Insurance, they came highly recommended and were close to home. The Doctor we saw that day was Dr. Hackleman. He was wonderful. He took his time to go over everything, especially since I was having so much trouble with my current contacts. Upon checking my prescription, it was discovered I had a significant change in one eye that was the culprit of my fuzzy/blurred vision. He offered me several options depending on what my budget would allow for. My other half had his eyes fully examined as well....only to discover he still had perfect 20/15 vision and only I was the one that couldn't see. Kim was extremely professional as she dilated my eyes and performed a few tests. She lightened the mood relaying to me how my hubby did not care for things near or dropped in his eyes....I laughed thinking about him trying to get away from the drops. They were friendly, personable, and professional. After waiting for more than an hour to see Doctor Kuang, he on the other hand was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. He made zero eye contact upon entering the room, was short and showed no interest or concern. He even asked "what brings you here today"? My Sclera (white part of the eye) is completely red and swollen. He prescribed a medication which directly conflicts with my current medication which sharply increases my risk of severe stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, kidney damage, and cardiovascular events. I called the office more than six times over 4 weeks to ask Dr. Kuang to call me to discuss my condition and his recommendation for treatment and he NEVER returned my calls. He also never returned the call of another ophthalmologist even after I gave the office staff permission to discuss my condition. It's generally a professional courtesy to return calls of patients and colleagues. I contacted the Corporate Office to discuss my concern and did not receive a follow-up call. If there was an option for less than one star this location would get it from me. Based upon my experiences, I would adamantly not recommend this facility.

She is also an excellent optometrist, and responded very well to a couple of my concerns. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind in her manner. They are a very friendly and welcoming staff. There has not been a time when I felt they were not. You are required to wear a mask when in their office. Continue with social distancing. Yes, they sanitize between patients on all their equipment. They are still up holding all cautions so bare with them. Show up for your appointment and bring your patients. Everyone they see is a priority. I like the staff and the fact that they treat you with respect and kindness. I appreciate that I personally was taken care of and relaxed so much that the surgical process only took 15 minutes for my first and second eye procedures. ( done on two separate dates). The pain factor is minimal and my vision is now 20/20. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I received my two new lenses. I followed all their instructions to the letter, and healed without any complications. Thank you Milan Eye Center for your great customer service and professionalism.
