I WISH I would have taken a before photo.... Connie did a truly designer quality job with an almost impossible repair. I had a favorite knit shirt that was terribly torn at the back & should have been thrown away but it was a one of a kind type shirt & I couldn't bear to. I kept it for years at the back of my closet. Having discovered the impeccable service of this place, I took it in with the caveat, that I knew it couldn't possibly be fixed to look good but since it was at the back of the shirt maybe she could fix it so I could wear a jacket to hide the back and at least have the front to still enjoy.... Connie actually told me no way at first she didn't want her name on it. I pleaded and she finally said she would if I didn't tell anybody. (Lol) Well I am here to tell you not only did she fix the shirt she gave it a really cool look and I think she surprised herself with how well she did! I took my new comforter for her to iron because it was a little wrinkled. First time potential client. She looked it over for a while and suggested that I take it home and gave me instructions as to how to remove some of the wrinkles because she said that because the way it was made it was not cost effective for me to have her do it because she did not feel she could make it look that much better. Im only doing one star because I can't add this review without adding a star. I was already not happy with their services prior to covid. I felt it is overpriced and the quality of the job not matching their prices. But covid hit, and I thought , it's tough times for business. I will keep going!!! So I did. Mind you I bring a fair share of clothing to them at a time. I just went to get one white short sleeved man shirt cleaned and pressed. JUST one. I asked how quick I could get it as I need it for an a occasion.. he said at least 6 days. I responded, " oh no that's probably not going to work I need it sooner for..." I wasn't even done with my sentence when he gave me a a very angry look and walked alway and basically said oh well. Seriously. Very unprofessional and rude. He didn't even ask by when I needed it . Or an Im sorry wish we could help you. Whatever happen to customer service .. I will NEVER come back. This is why small business go down during these tough times. Be curious to your customers. Anything is understandable when your honest and nice. Hope your replaced by a better cleaner in our area. read more

I picked up a tan wool coat and a sweater I dropped off. A little later that day i went to put my coat on and realized it was still filthy. The cuffs of the sleeves, and all of the stains that were on there when I dropped it off, were still there! I immediately called and spoke to the wife. She asked me if it had one of those tags on it that's says they couldn't remove stain. I didn't know at that point, the hanger wasn't with me. She was very nice. She said no problem, come in and we'll figure it out. A few hours later I went in and the nice wife wasn't there. I told the husband the situation, and he treated me like I was lying. Even after he looked me up, he didn't believe me. I went out to my car, brought the hangers in to show him. He still treated me like I was lying. Then he said, they tried to clean it but the stains wouldn't come out. I could tell no one had tried. By now, I am furious. Next thing I know, he is telling me it's not their work, the coat had never been there. He came up with three different excuses. I was outraged. I couldn't believe he wouldn't just say, oh. no, I'm sorry, let's see what we can do. Instead he stood there shaking his head. I finally told him too give me my money back. He hesitated, but finally did. I had dropped two more items off earlier, but I just kept them there and got the hell out of there. Took said coat to a cleaner a couple blocks away, and it's good as new. Unbelievable, absolutely unprofessional and worst customer service. Oh, and it did NOT have one of those tags about not being able to get the stain out! read more
