My eye exam was Saturday, I called this office Monday morning and had an appointment for Tuesday at 730 a.m. Was greeted as soon as walking in. The office was clean and spacious. Check in was easy and she was very friendly. Got taken back immediately for some pre testing before seeing the doctor. She was extremely nice, and explained everything she was going to do before doing it. I was seen by Dr. Ruff. I found him extremely professional, friendly, very knowledgeable. He took the time answer all my questions. He was very thorough in performing his testing, and again he explained everything prior to doing. He was gentle, can be scary seeing things poked in your eye ball. Hate that I had to be seen, but the experience was very good. I would highly recommend the office if ever in need. They also have an office in Orchard park!

Decent selection of glasses to choose from and the staff helping with your glasses were also kind and patient. I got an email a week after my appointment that said they were ready and I was able to walk in, have them fitted, and leave within 5-10 minutes. The only downside to my experience was the wait to start the eye exam. I think I was in the waiting room for about 20 mins before i was brought back. It was busy at 12:30 on a Thursday. I explained to Gary that I was going out of town for the Christmas holidays and really hoped I could get the new glasses since I was having difficulty with my current script. This was on a Wednesday and I was leaving on the following Monday. I picked up the new glasses on Saturday. Another time the lens fell out of the frame and the screw was lost. It was late in the day and I got to Gary's about 5 or 10 minutes after they had closed. The lights where still on so I knocked on the door. Gary let me in and fixed my glasses within 10 minutes.
