The first staff member I spoke with was checking our coverage information, but after the call I realized I had provided the wrong member ID number. I immediately called back to provide the correct information. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered would not let me explain why I was calling. Instead, she repeatedly placed me on hold and transferred me to a line where no one answered. This happened five times. At the very least, she could have taken down the correct member ID and passed the information along to her coworker. For a facility that cares for children, I expected a higher level of kindness, patience, and customer service. Instead, I felt dismissed and met with unnecessary attitude when I was simply trying to provide important insurance information. I feel bad for the doctor who owns this practice because any patients they lose may be due to the front office staff rather than the quality of medical care. Unfortunately, I never even had the opportunity to meet the doctor, and this was my experience before my daughter was ever seen. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend this office to other parents.

I took my daughter in for a bad cold and Dr. London prescribed her a round of antibiotics. I'm generally cautious with any medication, so I asked what I thought was an innocent question, "so you think this is bacterial as opposed to a virus?" Instead of answering my question, Dr. London asked me where I went to medical school. I was completely taken aback and unprepared for her condescending attitude. My daughter has been getting speech therapy twice a week since February 2020. Unfortunately due to COVID there was a break, but everyone was very informative and kept an open line of communication. Well my best experiences have been with my daughters therapist Leigh Ann. If only we could clone her to be in every medical facility serving children in need. The love and care she provides her patients is above and beyond. She deserves recognition for the wonderful service she provides. A true angel and rockstar. My baby was crying any time she was awake and regularly went more than a week without a bowel movement. Every time I brought up these concerns, Dr. Quach dismissed them. She told us not to "let the baby run the house," implied we were just anxious first-time parents, and assured us that eight days without pooping was normal for a breastfed baby. What we needed were medical opinions, not mom opinions. We trusted our instincts, switched pediatricians, and within 15 minutes our new doctor diagnosed our daughter with a dairy allergy caused by proteins in my breast milk. After I cut out dairy, she became an entirely different baby within a week--comfortable, happy, and no longer in constant distress. I will always wonder how different my daughter's first months (and my entire maternity leave) might have been if our concerns had been taken seriously. Dr. Quach repeatedly ignored the signs and dismissed both me and my husband simply because we were first-time parents. Our baby was unnecessarily miserable for far too long because of that.
