Say or your cut off after they took control of all medications needed for daily living!! Do not accept their care unless bedridden, this is my second experience with Hospice trying to get Medicare dollars before patient needs to be on the death watch! This facility does not have trained skilled social workers of case planner! I Do not recommend just go to Medicaid without Hospice because that's where this Hospice wants you anyway! And you are still out of pocket rent costs. Terrible joke for a sacred trust!

They are overburdened ,do not want to use TLC to ensure my transfers are as pain free as possible. I ask for pain meds. If you are on a nurse's list, it will be at 2 hours before meds arrive. And now howdy, don't you dare ask the to double check the accuracy of meds you are receiving. Food is right out of a 3-D printer. Dry, dry, dry, tasteless. This place SUCKS! I went Friday 8pm to Monday 8am with only intermittent CNA contact. There has to be something illegal about dereliction of nursing duties.

I never thought that I would be writing a review on Canyon Lakes Rehab Center, but here I am. My…read moregrandfather is now 88 and has spend about 2 years here. Had knee surgery, and some other health issues that has kept him from walking, and living on his own. The care that he receives has been outstanding! I wish I could name everyone that works there, because they truly love and care deeply for all of their patients, especially my granddad! From the nurses, to the physical therapist, and the management staff, my granddad has received great care. If you have a loved one that needs special care, this place can and will do a great job. One thing to remember, always visit. Even though they have great care, it will still bring tears of joy to your loved one every time you stop in. Even for a quick 15 minutes.

Ann had been under Hospice Care since April of this year. I got to spend 3 days with Ann, and I got to see first hand what wonderful care Ann was receiving. Yuli and her aide, Michelle were both instrumental in helping Ann on her journey home. Eternal Life is immaculately clean and you would never know it was a nursing home facility. Yuli is the terrific young lady that owns and runs Eternal Life and I can't praise and thank her enough for all she did for Ann! Our experience at Columbia Crest . They have excellent…read moreCNA's, helpful and caring , even while doing the most personal of care. The nurses were great also by being engaged with us as they did their job. The therapist were through with group and personal therapy. While making sure he had what ever equipment he might need. The transportation assistant, not only scheduled appointments but helped with the loading and unloading. The office staff also helped us with "the paper work" and even to setting up a shave and a haircut. We are very grateful for the thoughtful consideration and help everyone gave us while we were there. They not only care for the patient but the family also The Barnett's, Rex & Helen
