The girl that took care of us was nice and explained the different types of slushies (from sweet to less sweet and dry), the sizes and how they have a card you need to sip on the wines on the machines. There was stuff all over the floor when I visited. I know the owners were going for a "party" atmosphere, but someone could easily slip and hurt themselves. Finally, they were charging top-dollar for little toys, like $5 for a mini Rubik's Cube. The slap bracelets were cool, but that's about it. Back To the 80's has some promise, but they need to actually be a brewery to live up to their name. Imagine the inspired beers you could make here.

The site also had multiple event spaces, including a speakeasy! You open a mirror & a beautifully decorated large room with sunlight pouring in was there. They had events such a karaoke there regularly. The main wine bar is eco conscious. Many wines were on tap to save on glass bottles. Their bottled wine also consciously use less glass, but still have enough to preserve the flavors of the wines. I personally loved the violet delight red blend. It has a grape in it that was previously thought to be extinct! The winery is picky about how their grapes are sourced as well to fit into their eco views. They had another red based off a doggo, but I forgot the name. It was my second favorite. I highly recommend starting with a flight. The staff is very confidently knowledgeable & an overall blast to be around. They also have charcuterie boards & PeterBrooke chocolates available for purchase. The owner stopped by to say a friendly hi. It felt like anyone who entered instantly became a friend. Their wines will still be sold in other locations, & the processing location is still there.

The bar manager was so bubbly and fun. She gave us our wine and kicked us out saying we had to go to the back yard before the sun set, so we ran around to the back. The back is a big space with market lighting overlooking the lake. There are wine barrels and chairs around where you can sit and watch the sunset and listen to music. We had a great time watching the sunset and sipping a good Pinot. I honestly wish I would have found Quantum Leap sooner. I'm very sad it's going away. God speed, QL!

We were pleasantly surprised we still found about 8# of berries without difficulty! They have a cute little indoor area with jams/honey from another farm and then offer $1 wine tasting. For the kiddos they have a bunch of different swing sets, plenty of picnic tables on the shade, $1 hay ride and hot dogs that you can grill yourself! Fun great day activity for kids or adult ( you can get wine and sangria by the glass for $5-6 !!) Can't wait to make this a yearly tradition
