After doing some research online, I noticed several red flags regarding the company · The email address provided (info@royalpavingandmasonry.ca) bounces back, raising questions about its validity. · Claims to have a Facebook page that does not appear to be substantiated, as no such page can be found. · Claims to have been in business for over 20 years, there are only 3-5 reviews, which seem generic and possibly fabricated. · Payment was requested via e-transfer to an individual employee's email address, which is unconventional for a professional business transaction.

Not only that, they blocked my main entrance that is a hazard. What's worse is when I called to complain, I spoke with the person who signed up my neighbours. First, he blames the neighbours that it was their job to notify me that they need my property to access their roof. Neighbours never called me. Secondly, he kept lying and blamed the actual roofers who said they spoke with someone and it was the owner when I told them nobody spoke to me. Then it progressed to nobody was there when they knocked! What kind of person says all this, and I told him he his tone wasn't apologetic and aware that posed endangerment to lives by blocking my main entrance. I could have opened the door took out his ladder at the same time. They shovelled shingles, nails that were left on my lawn. He then says he goes to Africa and volunteers and wouldn't apologize for the event that happened. What? I told him because he flies over to volunteer does not give him the right to endanger people lives in the city he actually lives in. He hung up. What kind of a salesperson is this? His supervisor did apologize when I located him but have not done a thing and I still have a bed of nails in my front yard. You want to make enemies with your neighbours and have them file a police report for traspassing? You can take a chance with them.
