I recently found a fraudulent charge…read moreon my hassle free checking account, I called customer support to file a dispute for the charge ,which was only $5 and was assured twice that my card wouldn't be turned off by filing the dispute. That was not the case. It did get shut off and I was left with no way to access my funds. After calling support back I was informed that I could get a temporary debit card at my local branch until my new card came in, on top of that they waved the rush shipping for my new card because it was not my fault why I needed a new one. It arrived the next day. Not only did Key Bank take my concerns seriously they did a great job at making things right again.

Decided to try the check deposit using the mobile app but was very disappointed. The bank had been…read moreclosed for 4 days for the holiday so I thought it to be a good way to get my much needed deposit taken care of. After reading the terms and conditions I took the photoes and the check was excepted. But little did I know that it would still be 5 days until I could use my own money. This was due to the lack of details in the terms and conditions. It does state that deposits will be effective the next business day if deposited after noon the current day. But says nothing about holds or processing days beyond what I stated. I will note that the ladies whom answered the branch phone were polite and tried to be helpful by offering further assistance. The mobile app help desk was not as helpful. They refused to stop the check and let me bring it in for deposit. I will not be using that banking feature again.

They are very helpful with printing off bank statements needed for record keeping. They have reasonable hours. It is a nice clean comfortable place to do your banking.

Shady fees are constantly used to make your account go negative, even when you expect to have money…read morein your account. Depositing a check and receiving cash back puts your account in the negative and causes you to get overdraft fees even though your balance shows hundreds of dollars in it. The worst bank I've ever used. DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE.

Banks vs Credit Unions and IMO - Credit Unions win out every time and this one is no exception to…read morethe rule - especially at this location. Though the entrance to getting into the credit union has changed a bit - it's right inside LSH and the staff make it easier to deal with, because they know you by your name - have your information memorized and can take care of any task in the most timely manner ever! Getting a car loan or any type of loan is by far the easiest I've ever done when I deal with Joanne - she's been there since we first became members and makes every transaction seem like nothing. I've been to other banks and credit unions and sometimes they just don't make you feel like they are happy to see you - this isn't the case at this branch and it hasn't been the case at SUNY Fredonia either. Sure there may be that occasional bad teller, but over the years - this place has always been my home town financial institution!

When your financial advisor tells you it's better to keep your money invested because the APR rates on financing a car is so low, he's absolutely right. It worked wonders when it came to being able to negotiate w/ slimy car dealers. Because why? Because none of them could beat SUNY Fredonia FCU's rates! Gotta love this place!
