He gave me the application and entered my phone number to get points for this first purchase. He was very nice and helpful. I wish we had these near where we live in Chicago. They always have specials on both hot food and grocery items, usually, something to eat for a buck like a cheeseburger, grilled cheese, or egg roll, way better than most gas station food. Milk and bread are usually a bargain as well. Kwik Trip was early in the store brand game, so you'll find a lot of quality snack foods with their own names on them for less than the big brands. Washrooms are always spotless. The company is an amazing growth story, when I first started visiting them in Lacrosse, WI, they had three stores. Now 800+ in WI, IL, IA, and MN.

Pitiful! Only two of the bays were actually working, so I waited a little and took the middle bay. For a $10 wash I got hardly any soap, and never got a good rinse or "spot free" rinse. It looks like the owner doesn't keep this car wash as operational as it should be. He splashed and dashed with my cash! The vacuums are always full, and trash is strewn all over the lot! Terrible management of this car wash. Kwik Trip has a better wash compared to this one. This place should be condemned. I don't think it will be an operation much longer. The owner is definitely losing business. I will not frequent wash again, unless it gets completely operational again.

My major complaint is that after you wash your vehicle and you pull in to vacuum and wipe off your vehicle there isn't any room to do it. Why? Well everyone sees free vacuum. So they pull in and use the free vacuum and detail the interior of their vehicle. NOT a MEMBER! But use the facilities nonetheless. Meanwhile members who pay to use the facilities aren't able to. Also, employees use the spaces to park their vehicles while they work blocking use of the vacuums. There is inconsistency in service due to breakdowns. You get a "sorry." The vacuums work sometimes. The blowers occasionally. The station to wash your floormats every once in a while. This place used to be great. Not anymore. The value was great. Prices go higher every year. The service goes DOWN. Try another car wash.

We have been coming here for nearly 20 years now and have always received a professional and…read morefriendly experience at a fair price. We usually get the "Ultimate" Car Wash but will also get a complete full service detail as needed for our two cars. The owner Sergio is friendly and easy to discuss my needs with, he always makes certain I get what I need. He is fortunate to have a terrific staff working for him. Most recently Jaime Martinez completed a complete detail on our car which, regrettably, we had not brought in for a good buff and wax in at least two years. The white paint on our 2013 maxima was beginning to lose its mirror finish shine and the engine bay was also in serious need of attention. We drive this car about 20k miles each year mostly in and out of Chicago and it currently has over 200K on the clock. Thanks to Jaime's efforts our car once again looks as if it just rolled off the showroom floor and as a result no one can believe the mileage this car has. We look forward to continuing to come here in the future - next up for a full detail will be our 2011 VW CC Sport which has half the mileage but still deserves just as much love. I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!
