They had my car for about 15 days because they had to order parts as some were not repairable and also they are not open Saturdays or Sundays. My first experience with Tint Pros was disappointing, and I won't be returning. I was recommended…read moreby a friend who had a positive experience with them, but my own experience was far from satisfactory. I scheduled an appointment to remove the 7-year-old tint from my back window because it had started bubbling up (I guess that is normal for old tint). I arrived at the shop on a Saturday morning at 9 am, expecting to be served promptly. However, I and another vehicle waited outside until well after 9:30 am, as no one was at the shop. Meanwhile, I received texts confirming my appointment, but the employee was nowhere to be found. Finally, sometime after 9:30 am, an employee arrived to open the shop. He started working on removing the tint and servicing the other customer. I was out of the shop by 11:45 am, but the new tint that was installed had small bubble spots and an area that looked like there was a crease in it. I felt that the job had been rushed and poorly executed. I emailed Tint Pros about the issues and sent them pictures. They agreed to fix it. After the second attempt, I thought the tint was perfect, but days later, I noticed the same problems. The crease area was still present, just a little smaller, along with a few new spots. Again, they agreed to fix it. Now after the 3rd try, the small bubble looking spots are still there. You can only see them from outside of the window, but I give up. After this experience I'll continue to go to Blackout and spend the extra money for a better, more professional experience, where the tint is done right the first time.
