Dr and a couple of employees gathered around TV and played a video game . At one point she actually spoke to me then went back to game. First off the front desk, ladies that I spoke to on the phone and then met in person are so sweet and personable. Molly and Alisa were their names. Just very caring young ladies. Then I met Dr. Jake and he was awesome and he helped me a lot in one visit. He then sent me to stent and UV therapy with Taylor and Lexi and they were wuick and friendly as well. The therapy helps a lot. Dr Erik was the next Dr I saw for the following appointment. He was professional and caring as well. He was also a very good doctor. All in all, this entire location is an amazing office for anyone who lives near. If I lived here or even when I return to visit again, should I need some kind of emergency adjustment. At the time I met him I was preparing to put my career on a permanent hold, move back in with my parents and make the best of my remaining time. I had what they called the Million dollar work up at the Cleveland Clinic, went through and was seen by the head of virtually every department at the Clinic and everyone was puzzled. I was one of those mystery cases where despite best efforts and exploratory surgeries the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me and over a 10 year period things continued to get very very drastically worse. As a last and final straw before moving back in with my parents and going on permanent disability for something we couldn't figure out was wrong with me we went to Dr Kempf. He on the same day identified what the issue was with the kindest and sweetest of approaches (he literally has PERFECT bedside manner) and within 6 to 10 visits I was healed and havent been sick since (its been over 8 years now). The people treat you like family and know their patients by name. Dr. K is very professional but also good about making sure the person is cared for holistically, and makes it a point to find out what is going on in your life, contributing to the stress on your joints and muscles. For the past two years I have suffered from chronic lower back pain. At times, it would be so bad…read morethat I would have difficulty walking for prolonged periods of time.  I have seen other chiropractors, however, none managed to resolve the issue; I would leave appointments with the pain subsided, only to have it resurface in a half hour or so. Not to mention, appointments were often rushed through and the quality of care poor. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Alberty, and thanks to him, my lower back issue has been resolved - I feel like a brand new person! He has such a keen ability to diagnose and treat; he is very thorough during his appointments; and, he provides quality service. For those looking for a great chiropractor, I highly recommend!
