I took the motor home, installed it, got on the lake and the auto pilot didn't work. I've received nothing but the run around from this shop in trying to address this issue. Every time I called "hey, we're busy and will call you back later" and John, the owner, never called back. If you do buy something from this shop, use a credit card so you can dispute the charges.
