They gave me a verbal quote for this service but when the bill came it was more than 30 percent above their original quote. This increase in price came without any warning. Had I known that this would happen I would have taken my business elsewhere. On the plus side, the employees seem friendly and knowledgeable. I would have given them my future business but I felt like I was deceived and taken advantage of. I'll be staying with my current marina service provider.

It's a short drive to the water from here and makes for a quick and easy process getting into the water. This is a gated and secured property so I always feel my my boat is being looked after even while I am not around. The owner and community are amazing in the marina. It is quiet and I never feel like I am not welcome. I have picked up and dropped off my boat at late or odd hours and I have never had an issue. The owner has loaned me his own equipment and tools to help keep me on the water when I have had small issues. This is a top notch facility with great management and tenants.

Was told that they were 8 weeks behind but they could diagnose my issue if I could bring boat to them after lunch. Long story short, they kept and repaired my boat in a couple hours. Owner referred us to a mechanic to have…read morework done, knowing the owner for a couple years we thought we would have a fare price for an oil change, etc. But knowing the rate for an average oil change would be $70-$90 per engine, we received a bill for $140 an engine... Thinking the price was outrageous we confronted the owner and his response was that we should of done more research. Very two faced. One minute it's "buddy buddy" the next a "see ya" letter. After trying to clear things up over the phone, the owner cut me off with a "take care." Very thick headed, immature and unprofessional coming from a grown man. This marina has it's "niches" also. Other amenities of this marina include it's first come first serve parking( someone's parked in front of your boat? Too bad). A poorly maintained 1 person unisex bathroom with shower (bring your hazmat suit), and lastly, if you plan on docking your boat here, don't bring up problems to the owner because somehow, someway it's your fault. Be safe and happy boating.
