He (the "operator) said more leaves must have fallen in. Not so...I have gutter guards and they came at the end of the season when all of the leaves were off of the trees. I gave them 4 other houses to clean the gutters on at the time, but that fact did not encourage them to try to fix the problem. UPDATE: I just had another company come out to check on the top highest gutter. I was right! It was clogged with OLD sludge/mush. In-Home NEVER CLEANED it in the Fall. I had the new company check the high gutter in the back of the house and it was ever worse. Full of old sludge/mush and brimming with water. The new company comfirmed that In-Home never cleaned those 2 gutters when they came in the Fall.
