They came while I was at work, billed be $80 (twice) and…read morethen when I had trouble with 1 of my gutters overflowing they refused to come back out saying it was past the 30 day limit (and noting that they usually only give a 7-14 day guarantee). They never mentioned a day limit and told me I was just trying to get "a free cleaning." He was nasty and made me feel like a dishonest customer. He (the "operator) said more leaves must have fallen in. Not so...I have gutter guards and they came at the end of the season when all of the leaves were off of the trees. I trusted them to do the work while I was at my job, but should not have. I gave them 4 other houses to clean the gutters on at the time, but that fact did not encourage them to try to fix the problem. UPDATE: I just had another company come out to check on the top highest gutter. I was right! It was clogged with OLD sludge/mush. In-Home NEVER CLEANED it in the Fall. I had the new company check the high gutter in the back of the house and it was ever worse. Full of old sludge/mush and brimming with water. The new company comfirmed that In-Home never cleaned those 2 gutters when they came in the Fall.
