Some teachers are still not great people, they still lie, they're still human. Refusal to own your mistakes is the issue here. Penny and Dixie never resolved this issue for me. I wasted many hours of my working time chasing this issue down and I ended up with maybe half of what I was owed. I filed 26 claims and had further issues with my insurance who continued to not understand why the claims were not filed by the provider. Every other provider I've ever had figures out insurance. Penny's practice is not unique in these circumstances whatsoever. I've had all sorts of providers and insurances for over 20 years and never once had such a miserable experience.
