The administrative staff lacked patience, compassion, and professionalism, and I consistently felt that policies were placed ahead of patient care. If you have a child with special needs, care for a family member with special needs, or you yourself require anything beyond a straightforward, routine appointment, I would encourage you to carefully consider whether this practice is the right fit. Based on my experience and conversations with others, this office does not appear to be well equipped to work with patients whose needs require additional understanding, flexibility, or support. What should have been a healthcare experience became unnecessarily stressful. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion--especially when they are already dealing with complex medical issues. I sincerely hope this practice invests in additional training for its administrative staff so that all patients, regardless of their individual needs, receive the level of care and respect they deserve.

Once I got to the patient room my vitals were taken, everything was high but the nurse didn't seem to care. Cool! I then had to wait 1hr and 20 minutes for Dr.cho to basically tell me to take allergy medicine for my hives. He like to talk fast to try and speed up the appointment I noticed I also had pictures of my hives that I wanted to show but he was only interested in taking a Quick Look at one of the MANY pictures I had. He also likes to talk over you as your explaining anything I ignored him and continued talking. Honestly I should have walked out of the office after 50 minutes. I've never been to a doctors office such as this but I'll definitely be looking for a better immunologist.

However, She only called in one of the prescriptions. I called and texted the office several times to ask that they call the other one in to my pharmacy but they refused and said they would only do it if I used their patient portal. So I went online and tried to use it several times, but every time it didn't work. I called them back yet again, but they still refuse to call it in. They said they would have someone call me to set up the patient portal. With my schedule, I generally sleep during the day and have my phone turned off, so I wasn't about to stay awake all day in case they might call. Plus, I don't want all these patient portals the each doctor has. I cannot remember my name half the time let alone all these passwords and every time you try to use a password, something happens and you have to change it. Trying to keep track of them gets to be ridiculous. Bottom line, the doctor forgot to call in the prescription and then refused to call it in simply from me asking. It was not my fault that she forgot. I could see this was going to be a very difficult business to work with. Therefore, I canceled my next appointment and I will not be going back. Doctor Colleen Sabella needs to be more flexible. Especially since it was her fault.

The previous allergist I saw in Tampa only texted me for shellfish and seafood and nothing really conclusive came of it. Thankfully Dr. Stewart was able to figure out that I am allergic to garlic and onions (they're in everything.) He is incredibly kind and knowledgeable of allergy. He provides care with what's best in mind. He listens to my concerns and is encouraging to come back if something doesn't work out. The staff at this location is very nice and willing to work with you for scheduling. Overall just a nice place with nice people and I really would recommend Dr. Stewart for anyone in the area in need of quality and caring allergy care.

We have been to this doc for many appointments over the last few years and he has always been consistent in his professionalism.
