Why did we wait 2 months? To ensure what ever is causing the issue is able to build up to the degree that it's unbearable? If she suggests waiting 2 months, say no, I want the tests ASAP- if its a building allergy and you wait 2 months, its gonna be terrible the 5 days before the test - i cant sleep, work, go to the store, put on clothes - 2 months ago I could just use a dab of steroid cream and it stopped - id have to bathe in it now for 6 or 7 hours a day now. So thanks for making the 4th of July weekend an unbearable weekend of suffering

Only reacted to 3 allergens out of 40. Moved on to step two... NEEDLES!!! 40 little tuberculin devils. This time my deltoids were inflamed and on fire. 30 minutes of misery but way better than getting back scratched. Doc also ordered a breathing test which I failed 3x even after a nebulizer treatment. I'm officially asthmatic but happy it's only allergy induced. The visit was 2 hours long, painful but I'm so happy I had a very thorough test completed so Im aware of triggers to avoid. Still deciding whether to do drops or shots for treatment. But whatever it may be, I know I'm in good hands. Fantastic service, everyone was friendly and super helpful. Starting with making an appointment to receiving itemized invoice, stellar service is all I can say.

I have been working with this office and Dr. Kratz's Spring Hill office for about nine months. Dr…read more Kratz seems to be competent and knowledgeable; however, his office staff is the worst I have ever encountered in many years of doctor appointments. The most significant issue is the lack of communication about billing from the front desk. There are multiple instances where the doctor or nurse says one thing in the appointment and then the office staff says something different. For instance, I was told I could self inject allergy medications at home. The office staff told me, no, I had to come in to do that so I could be monitored. So you end up paying extra for office visits. In the latest problem, the doctor told me I had to get patch testing done. The staff gave me a disclosure form about all of the medical questions. What they did not disclose is that they require you to sign a form before the patch testing that if your insurance doesn't cover the testing, you will be responsible for paying all $555. But they don't call your insurance in advance and since they didn't disclose it in advance, I had to call my insurance right then. Of course, I was on hold with my insurance for so long that I had to miss the appointment. These appointments are only done once a week too. All of this is avoided if they have clear communication. Try asking to speak directly with the doctor and you're told no, he's seeing patients and no, you cannot email him. So you have no way of providing this feedback about the staff to their boss unless you, wait for it, pay and book another appointment. In particular, Jackie in the front desk has a very poor attitude. She has literally smirked and laughed when I express frustration at how the office staff has handled their paperwork. When I said that I didn't need any attitude, her response is to mutter "you get what you give." However, I was not giving attitude, but expressing that the office should have disclosed paperwork that I was required to sign in advance of the appointment. Jackie never greets me with anything but this bad attitude. She won't do normal patient things like offer to email the receipt instead of printing. Not really sure why you'd want to hire someone who is so unpleasant. Anyway, if you can stomach multiple billing issues, poor communication, zero accountability, and no way to discuss these problems with the boss, then maybe it's worth it to see the doc. Good luck.
