It just seems like a bunch of nasty attitudes, no follow through, chasing after getting the proper care, if any at all! I'm the patient! Of course I have to be my own advocate but am I supposed to do your job(regarding staff) chase after things getting done ex: getting medical clearance etc, if not doing it myself? This is just not this office but happening everywhere! It's so freaking frustrating! I have a full time job and several autoimmune disorders! I don't have the time to have to literally call and call to get the job done! So with this office my issue is that whenever you call it's busy, busy busy, busy! I'm having to hopefully find time out of my work day to get through to a human! If that even happens! I had an appointment and unfortunately got sick! I tried calling many times and it was busy.., shocker! Damn I over here super sick but trying to call and r/s my appointment! With no luck I left and message! No call back received! ... shocker! Then I called again a few days later to express my frustration and can anyone guess what happened?? BUSY, BUSY, BUSY! Left the message and no call back! Finally a few weeks later I was able to reach a human and got an appointment! When I got to my appointment they would not see me unless I paid a $25 no show fee! Wow really! I told them what happened and they basically called me a lier! Seems like a little scam they've got going on and would rather lose a patient then trust their word! I've worked in the healthcare industry for about 30 years and if my place of work or myself would ever treat patients like this or allow for the phones to be crazy busy like this etc. It definitely would be rectified immediately or honestly wouldn't happen in the first place! However, combined with a lot of allergies, sinus infections, and tear duct blockage, mostly on my right side, I felt that all of these conditions were related. While discussing it with Dr. Greene, I noticed he listened closely. I felt heard for the first time in a long time. He offered to do the surgery for me. He did a great job. I can breathe well from my right nostril now. Don't give up being your own best advocate for proper healthcare. It can make a big difference in the quality of your life.

Everyone seems really happy (perhaps due to the 2.5 hr mid day siesta each day). I've been quite touched by how good the doctors are with kids and how they have made the office very kid-centric. For instance, the exam room cabinets are covered with drawings made by kids during their visits. They keep them so that next visit, the kid can find their drawing (I'm not crying, you're crying). Cons- the hours. Open around 5.5 hrs/day during the week (with a mid day closure from 11:30-2) and 2.5 hrs on Saturday. While I respect the idea of work life balance in theory (and when it applies to me, of course), I don't love it when other people's work/life balance inconveniences me! Something I am working on!

I left my home with enough time to…read morearrive on schedule according to Google Maps, but after accounting for traffic, unloading my 17-month-old child and all of our belongings, and navigating a very slow elevator, I arrived just 18 minutes past my appointment time. Despite getting there at 8:18 AM and doing everything I could to be timely, I was turned away and told I'd need to reschedule. It took me nearly 40 minutes just to get there, and being sent away over an 18-minute delay felt incredibly disheartening--especially with a toddler in tow. I was referred here for an allergy test and was told the first initial appointment would only be a consultation. The lady at the front desk advised me that consults can take anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, so if I was 18 minutes late, doesn't that mean there were still 42 minutes left in my appointment window? It just doesn't make sense that I couldn't still be seen. To make things more frustrating, I received an email at 8:26 AM--after I had already been turned away--titled "NEW PATIENT PAPERWORK" That tells me the paperwork clearly wasn't expected to be completed beforehand and could've easily been filled out after the consult. Offices are always quick to request payment but seem far less flexible when it comes to showing basic understanding of real-life situations. Unfortunately, I will no longer be referring others--especially my fellow Tampa Bay WAG moms--to this office or doctor. There needs to be more compassion and flexibility, especially when dealing with parents of young children.
