I've purchased two Charvels and a Jackson and they were set up perfectly. They also carry drums, guitar pedals and assessories. I also purchased a 5150 15 watt amp and they carry others in the 5150 line as well as Orange, Boss and Laney. Very customer service oriented and I take guitar lessons from Matt who is simply incredible. This is what a music store should be and my home away from home.

I placed an online order for a Gretsch guitar sold from this location. Prior to placing the order, I called the store and spoke with Matt, who was very friendly and provided me details of the actual guitar and convinced me to buy it....so I went with his advice! As normal, after placing the order, you wait anxiously for your item. I made a follow up call and spoke with Tyler (I believe that was his name), as well as Alex to check on the shipping status. Both were awesome and helped me out without hesitation, Alex even called me back just to give me an update later on in the day....incredible service by all of these fine folks! He offers instruction on any instrument and even acting lessons. He is very personable and can tailor the lessons to meet whatever skill level you may be at. Sessions can range from 30 minutes to an hour and webinars are also available. I opted for a couple different sessions and even though I was playing a few different instruments at the time, he was able to piece together what I already knew, find the missing components of my knowledge and help take my music experience to the next level of competency.
