I placed an online order for a Gretsch guitar sold from this location. Prior to placing the order, I called the store and spoke with Matt, who was very friendly and provided me details of the actual guitar and convinced me to buy it....so I went with his advice! As normal, after placing the order, you wait anxiously for your item. I made a follow up call and spoke with Tyler (I believe that was his name), as well as Alex to check on the shipping status. Both were awesome and helped me out without hesitation, Alex even called me back just to give me an update later on in the day....incredible service by all of these fine folks! I finally received the guitar and it was as described! I'm very happy with the purchase, thanks GC Jackson, you guys rock....go see these guys!
