Poor customer service. Bad attitudes. I was told when I dropped my crossbow and rifle off for a loan only the rifle would need paperwork clearance to pick back up not the crossbow. Well 3 days later I go to pick up both and got delayed on the gun but was told I couldn't have my crossbow bc they were on the same ticket which wasn't told to me the first day. The guy didn't take ownership over his mess up and got a attitude and said I could call the ATF. Don't do business here. Jerks every time I visited them but I felt a review was necessary after this occurrence. read more
