Since that date I have reached out to Accounting Assistant Maggie Chan, Chief Accounting Officer Deborah Dombrowski, and even the agency owner, Albert Compitello. An entire week has passed since payday and nothing has been done. Failing to pay an employee is the lowest, sleaziest thing you can do as an employer. And let's not forget that it's illegal. I was told that there were contributing factors to delayed pay, as one of their employees in payroll resigned. I was told that they were recently brought out by another organization. One thing I was not told, though, was when I would get paid. Yesterday the recruiter Stacey Kostue advised me that although she could not assist, that Al Compitello had the authority to arrange for funds to be wired. That was yesterday. Today nothing has been done. I even reached out to the organization that brought them out, ACS Solutions. According the Vice President of Human Resources, Marne Oberg, she was informed that Al Compitello had addressed it. Nothing has been addressed. I still have not been paid. Small Claims Court, here I come.

They made me feel very welcomed thanks to the recruiter and they broke down the whole process of enlisting. However, after communicating with the SSGTs there and a few staff, I realized that this whole process was smoke and mirrors. It began feeling like the SSGTs are just typical buisness people trying to score "sales" with new applicants. I began feeling pretty discouraged of enlisting so I did not move forward with it, but I am very thankful for their transparency. It just did not bode well with me how many of the staff were moved around like numbers or cattle at this recruitment center. If I look towards the future, I do not want to be in these staff shoes nor be in the shoes of a recruiter signing people's years away. Do your research for the right recuiting center. Sometimes their reviews on Google are frozen so it looks like its one of the best recruitment centers.
