I had some issues I was dealing with personally and wasn't able to think about getting a unit for 6 weeks, and the reason I chose Hot Springs was not price, it was that Colby understood I had more important things to deal with and just checked in with me from time to time. Once I was ready, I had a contact and a place I could go and get what I wanted.

I…read morefound that this florist was very close to the hotel, and I wanted something special for the tables, so I paid them a visit. I met with Kathy, who could not have been nicer. I explained my budget and the day of the event found the most beautiful floral arrangements with 2 balloons on each of the tables. We also had some loose flowers and greens for the cake table and a beautiful rose corsage for my mother. Everyone loved the flowers and wanted to take them home. Thank you for doing such a nice job!
