When I bought the pool they told me they would give me instructions once it was assembled as to how to maintain, clean and winterize the pool. When the pool was assemble I received a 5 minute verbal tutorial and was told to read my owners manual (which does not have that info in it.) Every time I tried to call I was instructed to read the owners manual. I bought a solar pool cover from them that was defective and the only way they would replace it was if I drove over an hour to their store. I called them to inquire about an issue I was having with my pool heater. They sent a guy to "fix" it without my authorization and billed me $140 for the service call and they didn't even fix the problem. When I tried to discuss this bill with them they told me I was getting a "deal" and not being charged the normal full amount. They wouldn't addressed the fact that the service call was unauthorized and the fact that the problem still existed after he left. They also threatened to take me to collections if I didn't pay it. I tried to negotiate the price but they didn't budge. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I think they are unethical and greedy, especially Travis. It's safe to say I will never use this company again!!

We used the tub till April of this year, ( indoors btw) 2025, when we discovered it was leaking. It is under warranty till May of 2026. Good thing because they came and got it the end of April and we haven't seen it since. We're going on 8 months now that they've had it, and it has been 1 thing after another. They tell us they block time to work on it on Wednesdays. Just Wednesdays, what the heck is the deal with that. A lot of parts have been replaced because new leaks keep happening. It is a joke we are disgusted. We'd have liked a replacement tub frankly. It's sounding like a lemon. I'm afraid when and if it comes back that the warranty will be up and it'll start leaking again. 10 grand we paid for this in full up front. We feel like they don't care we at all. I will not recommend anyone I know or don't know to go there, sorry. They have dropped the ball big time. Lori Guck Annandale

The owner told me it was the weathers problem as water got into the hot tub during the winter. I am completely unsatisfied with this company, who declared they had no responsibility even though they winterized it. I was not present when the winterization was done, so I cannot say it was done correctly. The owner refused to indicate if this was a recurring problem with his crew. I do not recommend this company for new sales or service.

I had 2 of their workers come out to re-work a part of my pump line-up to get my pool opened. I was told I would receive a heads-up call prior to them coming and performing any work. I did not receive any notice, so I was not ready when they showed up. They arrived and failed to even let me know they were working. I discovered them in my backyard by chance. They had replaced 2 hoses and app. 7-8 PVC fittings. When I tried to talk with them about the work, neither of the 2 would answer ANY questions. I believe that I got a total of about 3 words total out of them....these guys were beyond rude. They left without providing any feedback or invoice for what they had done. A week later, I received a charge on my debit card for well over $300.00. At that point, I realized why they had required my card information prior to providing any service...they could charge me before we could discuss any part of the service....the fix was in. Repeated calls to request information or details regarding the service and charges were useless. They allegedly have nobody that can answer the phone or discuss the situation. Every extension on the phone menu was unavailable and continues to be so. I feel like I have been robbed. They need to be investigated.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the plants are all healthy and robust - it is where I go to buy…read moremy plants, but do it with caution. It's all about the sale. I get my soil tested by the U of M but when I found out that Landsburg did it I decided to give them a try. the test came back with my nitrogen low - phosphorous moderate and pot ash medium, they recommended 5-10-5. it made no sense that the phosphorous was the highest number when nitrogen was so low in my soil and I felt like they were just trying to sell a product, so I took another sample and sent it to U of M. they showed a phosphorous of +100 ppm with their scale showing 25 ppm as being extremely high. U of M recommended 10-0-5 which made sense, i really shouldn't be adding any more phosphorous to my soil. when I looked for roses i noticed Landsburg had some for sale that were good to zone 5. Landsburg is in zone 3 and the nearest zone 5 is 4 hours south at the Iowa border. I accidentally grabbed a lavender plant thinking it was rosemary, when I got it home I noticed my mistake and looked at the label which said zone 5. they will sell you anything without a word of caution and it will be a waste of money unless your intention is keep replanting your flower garden each year ( I guess if you have the money). I can understand that people would buy zone 5 plants to pot and keep in the house but I do not see people growing a lavender or rose bush in the house. They do not have your garden or your best interests in mind.
