I came once about a year and a half ago for a massage while pregnant and had a good experience so when I saw a group on I jumped on it. $39 for an hour massage and foot scrub, a good deal. I saw Jennifer, the owner. She was running a bit late when I arrived at my appointment time, so I waited about 10 minutes extra to get into the room. The decor is very pretty and soothing, with neutral and purples throughout. The room was very large and warm. She asked for the parts I wanted to concentrate on, I said my shoulders, lower back and feet. The massage begins with her stretching me and A LOT of neck stretching and concentration. The massage felt very short, most of it concentrating on my neck, with a lot less rubbing and more stretching. I think she was tired from a bunch of appointments in a row (she said the groupons had made her super busy) so she skimped some on the actual massage. The foot scrub was okay, but not as great as I thought it would be, it was rushed and when she finished I still had some scrub between my toes and she had to wipe them off again. She is very friendly and nice, but I was very underwhelmed with the massage and scrub. I wish there would have been more concentration on the parts I requested and more actual massage. I'm sure she is overwhelmed with the added groupons business, but service shouldn't suffer because of it, this service still cost $39, I've had excellent massages at this price. read more

Amy and I went to Perfect Massage today. I had gotten a Groupon for both of us and thought it would be a nice girls day. It takes a while to get an appointment because there are only three girls there, but it was worth the wait! We went early because I knew there would be paperwork to fill out. The office is beautiful with a great use of color on the walls. The office was warm, but not overly so. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming. I had Jennifer and Amy had Krista. Jennifer was wonderful. She made sure that the pressure she was using on me was good and that she wasn't pressing too hard. I didn't want a deep tissue massage because they hurt too much. I wanted a relaxing massage and that's just what I got. Amy had a little more harder massage and said that it "hurt so good". When the hour was up, we received foot scrubs that just felt amazingly! We would definitely recommend Perfect Touch to our people! read more

Jennifer was very kind and helpful. I hadn't had a massage in almost 5 years and she helped me decide which kind was right for me. When I got into the room it was a little warm, I was under a sheet and blanket but she asked as soon as she came in about the temp. and removed the blanket and turned the air down. She asked several times if the pressure was good and adjusted to my liking. Throughout the massage she was very polite. After the massage, Jennifer asked if I wanted room temperature or cold water and provided me a bottle on my way out. She talked to me about their specials and about their new expansion which was great. It does not look like your typical spa (it is in an office building) but none the less it was an excellent experience. I will return to Perfect Touch Massage the next time I am looking to have a massage. read more

Really disappointed with this place. I scheduled for the 12 of Feb. They cancelled the night before this after taking my groupn # so I wouldnt have to worry about bring it in with me. Now I assumed that they cancelled because of the big winter storm that came through. I have left 2 vm and an email. Lucklily groupon was willing to work with me. My girlfriend recently booked a session here through GroupOn and when she arrived at the location there was no sign for the store nor was there any business at all. She called the location several times to try to talk with someone but no one picked up. They basically took her money and ran. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS HERE. read more

I found this business through Groupon. I ordered an Indian head massage and was very excited. I called there several times and got an automated voicemail. It didn't sound like a salon or spa. I left a voicemail and never got a call back. Days later, I contacted Groupon customer service. Here is part of the actual conversation. *Kaylin P: I was trying to book it before my surgery and haven't had any response. :/ Cindy V: I apologize for the inconvenience, Please bear with me for a couple of minutes while I verify this information Cindy V: I can offer you the trade in option. This means that the money will be available on your account for 24 hours so you can make a purchase of any deal you want. If you do not place an order within the 24 hours, the money will be reinstated to the previous deal. if the deal that you buy costs less than the amount in groupon bucks, the remaining will stay on the account to use towards any other deals later on and it wont expire Kaylin P: Should I keep calling as well? Cindy V: We got a notification of this business actually being closed* They are CLOSED, but are still being advertised on Groupon over a month later. I read all of these positive reviews and maybe at 1 point they had been a great business, but they're scamming people now. I got my money back, but was super disappointed. Let me start by saying I have not actually had a massage here, but scheduling one is worth a one star review alone. I received a Groupon for a one hour massage of choice for Christmas from my girlfriend, which expires in April. I called the first week of February to redeem it but they were already booked through the end of the month. It was only after I left three voicemails before I received a call back and was told of their lack of availability. I do not know my schedule far enough in advance to be able to schedule an appointment one month later so I told the women I spoke to that I would request a day off in March and contact them to schedule it. I went into the business to speak to someone in person to set up an appointment and settled on today, March 13th. I was told I would receive a call from my masseuse to confirm but never did. I showed up to my appointment today only to find that I didn't have one since it was never confirmed. I complained to whomever I spoke to but agreed to an appointment Thursday, March 15th. This whole process is more difficult as well because they do not have a receptionist and you are at the mercy of whom ever is there. Having heard all of this, my girlfriend called to speak with the owner to complain about the cancelled appointment. It was at this time we found out that my new appointment would not be honored because this masseuse doesn't accept the Groupon. So instead of trying to find another appointment we are done with LAWC and will be getting our money back from Groupon. read more
