My husband and I have been renting from Lisa (Real Eatate…read moreInk) for ten years. Throughout the years we have rented many homes from Lisa, and propertes she manages. From day one Lisa has been professional. Lisa has always been very helpful with decisions on where to rent to fit my needs. I have never had a bad experience whatsoever; from the signing of my lease to security deposits and insurance. I never had an issue. My security deposits were always returned upon exit. Lisa only has so much control over the properties she manages, the owners have the final say. They control security deposits and rental costs. A lease not only protects the owner, it also protects the renter. Lisa will always go to bat for you, if she is needed. Lisa would ask me my input on rentals that she managed. If there was any issues or upgrades that I would recommend. Lisa was on it immediately. Sometimes things pop up. One phone call to Lisa, and the repair man is there ASAP. I know that Lisa owns and manages many properties. Lisa is also a Real Estate Broker. She would always reply to me in a timely manner. If Lisa wasn't available, her assistant Sandy was eager to assist me. I have phone numbers and emails for everyone. There is never a lack of communication. After all the years renting from Lisa, we decided to purchase a home in the area. Lisa has been working with us and our home shopping for about a year. I am very picky and sometimes not that easy to work with. I change my mind a lot. Lisa rolls with whatever I desire. Lisa goes over and beyond. For example: We finally found a property in Vero Beach that we fell in love with. I asked Lisa if she could knock on my future neighbors doors to ask important questions about the builder, who is also building my home, how they like the quality of there home and other questions. Almost everyone was eager to give Lisa input and answer all her questions. Lisa got 90% approval/good news on all of my questions. This has put me at ease, before I close on my home. I also obtained a lot of useful information for the future. How many real estate brokers would go door to door asking questions for their client? So many people are scared of the virus. So of course Lisa kept her distance and wore a mask. Mostly everyone was receptive. Lisa is awesome! Lisa is a hard worker. Lisa is very knowledgeable when it comes to real estate. Lisa is educated about the area. I can't say enough good things about Lisa. I don't do reviews that often. But I felt in my heart that I needed to give Real Estate Ink./Lisa credit, because credit was long over due. Obviously I highly recommend Lisa/Real Estate Ink. If I could have given her 10 stars, I would have.

This review should take into account that the owner/father was…read moreill at the time of my transaction, and because of that the small family owned company was struggling through that period. Remodeling my small oceanside Condominium, it was time for granite. I prefer to seek out small family owned local businesses whenever I look to hire a service. Family Rocks showed great promise with their reviews and website. I called and was told to pop into the shop anytime. I arrived during normal Business hours, and entered an empty office and show room. Empty as in no one there. I could hear activity in the back, Power tools etc. I poked my face through the "employees only" door, and observed several gentlemen clouded in white dust working away on various granite pieces. I decided to go outside and enter the shop from the rear which was wide open. I got a gentleman's attention, I felt bad for interrupting his work, he asked if he could help. I said I was looking for granite installation for a small condo kitchen, with a level one granite. He walked over to the small farm of granite slabs and asked me to pick one out. He was super polite but I could tell I was distracting him from work, so I didn't want to leisurely take my time snooping around each granite slab. Therefore I asked him to show me the level one granite section which he did, and I picked out the darkest, most neutral slab I saw. It was agreed to flip him my kitchen photos and measurements and they would call to send someone out to measure. Got the call, a nice gentleman came out and took measurements, said it would be a week or so, call the office to schedule installation. Called the office and schedule installation around a week out, cool. Day before installation day I was called and notified I would be pushed back several more days due to a job they had to go back and finish. They said it was a very large job and it ran over a bit because of being a little shorthanded and ran into some unexpected issues. Bummer, I worked hard by myself to power out the old countertops and get them ready to be hauled away, undo the plumbing and move the appliances, and provide a clean working area for them when they arrived. The old hurry up and wait. So, no kitchen appliances or running water until they show up. Had to do a lot of eating out, well in the car because many places we're still not open to indoor dining. Meanwhile I called to make sure we understood how many holes would be drilled for plumbing, what kind of sink came with the countertop and the dimensions. I never received a briefing on any of the "process, or inclusions" so if you are new at this make sure you ask plenty of questions if they don't offer to explain how the entire process works. When they arrived, I observed a friendly crew of young man who worked together like a well oiled machine, installing the heavy granite Via one flight of stairs. They cut the hole for the faucet outside, and polished the granite once it was in place. I tipped them and off they went. I love the granite. About 1800 bucks when all said and done, $300 more if I had not removed the countertops myself and hauled the way. You can see the video of the process on my YouTube channel 'Gene's Therapy'. Here we are three weeks later and there are still items in their home that need to be moved to their new apartment! This woman even called me to complain about my parents and how much stuff the wanted to move. Who are they to decide what goes and what doesn't? If my parents say pack it, then pack it. Period!
