This company is the reason why Real Estate Agents have a list of people that they prefer to work with and not work with. We are top-producing agents in Brevard County, Florida because we take great pride in our work and do as much due diligence as we possibly can before directing a seller to take a deal. Please note, that in our industry, just because a deal looks great, doesn't mean it is. Real Estate Professionals are not Lenders and Lenders are not Agents, so both should have knowledge of what the other does and then be proficient at their own job as to wipe out any chance of the following occurring: We did our due diligence and accepted what we thought was a great deal for our client, even looking past the unworthy misdemeanor of our fellow-agent.. because, no matter what, as Real Estate Professionals, we do what is best for our clients. However, this companies "Manager," Ellen, boasted about the many years she has been in the business and her confidence in providing an accurate Pre-approval for her buyer's, who did not have a home-selling contingency and claimed that even without selling their home they were able to purchase the property that we had listed- so, we took her "Professional" word and believed that there was nothing to worry about due to her "Many Years of Experience." Within ONE DAY of her issuing a pre-approval and aiding her moody associate into a great deal with our seller, she issued a retraction saying that the couple was not capable of purchasing this property- There it stood, a Cancel and Release that could have been avoided had you actually done what you are paid to do, professionally. Now ... what does this mean for EVERYONE? #1. You got buyer's excited to purchase a property that they weren't capable of purchasing. #2. You made your terribly grouchy, know-it-all "I've used Ellen for over 20 years and all of her loans have gone perfectly" buyer's agent look like a complete and total imbecile. (More-so than she did for herself, a possibility we had thought unthinkable until we had a moment to "work" with you.) #3. Our seller, who plans to transition to his next home, went out of his way to travel down South to his new destination with a "signed contract" and false hope of moving onto his next phase because you after "All of these Years" do not know how to do your job. We leave this review, in hopes that, if you are searching for a home and someone to prepare you a pre-approval so that you can look for homes based on your actual income... or someone who doesn't just issue computer generated pre-approvals, try a great Brevard County company like Prime Lending... The Mortgage Firm... Angel Oak Loans, Certified Mortgage Planners, Hamilton Home Loans, and a few more that are not mentioned (Please don't get offended if I didn't mention you) ... people that know how to do their job and actually want to complete a transaction. Otherwise, you and everyone involved will suffer great stress and possible heartache when their empty promise to you never comes to fruition. We will always advise our clients to never accept a mortgage from this company to avoid catastrophe.
