AAA's quote was in line with the others BUT the communication, service, etc got my business. Materials were scarce due to COVID but they called periodically with updates. They worked through all permits. They knew the dates I would be at the property and started the project a month sooner than they thought to match my dates. At the start of the project, they were given a couple of challenges and they handles them GREAT. I moved the location of the gate and had to go through the HOA. They were totally accommodating and waited through the delay as well as helped get their internal approvals The yard had a long dip and they altered the alignment of the fence to look and functional fantastic They proactively ensure my sprinklers would be okay and advised where I needed to move a few. They walked me through it, installed the fence to not cause any issues and flagged the sprinkler heads The office called me before, during and after to ensure my satisfaction. Service is just as important as results and they are GREAT at both. The wood, hardware and gates are beautiful and will last many years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Our 570-foot, 4' black aluminum fence project in Hammock Dunes felt rushed from the start, with the installation crew focused on finishing the job in a single day rather than delivering quality workmanship. Corners were cut, details were overlooked, and the final result was an incomplete fence with panels and gates installed backward, along with other bent or damaged pieces requiring multiple repairs that was not resolved in a single return visit. The foreman, Gerardo, was rarely on-site, communication was difficult, and I had to follow up for over five weeks to get the job completed correctly. Owner Gio also failed to follow through on commitments made to address our concerns. When investing in a fence, quality matters for long-term integrity and durability of the installation. Based on the poor workmanship, lack of supervision, and the need for repeated follow-up to correct issues, I strongly DO NOT recommend this company.

We went over the work that needed to be done and he commenced work. A while later I needed to leave to run an errand (my wife was home though). When I got back, Cody's truck was gone, there were a lot of cut sheets of tile, but nothing on the wall and no Cody. I found a message from him on Yelp asking me to call him, which I did. It turns out he has "lost confidence" and abandoned the job. He said he tried to tell my wife before leaving, but she was unaware of this. When I spoke to Cody on the phone he indicated that I didn't owe him anything, and did offer to put me in touch with someone he felt could do the job. I didn't go with his recommendation mainly because I didn't have enough trust in him to make that choice. The guy I did hire was able to reuse some of the cut tile Code had left, but we needed to buy 5 more sheets nevertheless. There may be lots of things Cody is good at, but tiling a backsplash with herringbone tile sheets is not one of them, and abandoning a job is just not OK.

Everyone I told this to were shocked someone brought a baby into my yard, for an estimate! Your wife told me you only have been doing fencing for five years now. Never done it before. Her words. Your company would have charged me more, being your wife's measurements were higher than two other estimates. And no way I'd give anyone half down. All in all, not good business practices. New, inexperienced, fence company. Woman who came out to measure for an estimate brought her toddler with her. Who does that??? The baby could barely walk around on my lawn. Also, I had two more estimates after hers, & her measurements were off. She had 20 more sq ft on her estimate. This company wanted half down for deposit. No, not recommending them.

At 130 lbs my Rottweiler could probably take on most of the little critters but as they had pulled a 9-footer out about a week before we arrived, I wasn't taking any chances. As always, I obtained 3 quotes, Campanella were the 2nd company to arrive. Sal turned up 20 mins early just for the quote, a good start, he is a no nonsense to the point talker but you get the impression he knows his job and he will do it properly, not something I got form the others. I had already decided on Campanella before the quotes came in, great to say they were also the best quote, so I agreed the contract. It took about 3 weeks for the license to come through (Brevard Council are not the fastest) but one approved, Campanella dropped off the materials on the Friday to start Tuesday ( Storm was forecast at weekend and Monday was Memorial Day). Tuesday 8.00am they were all here and set about my new fence, Florida is hot, but Sal and his team worked like Trojans, my fence was complete by 1.00pm amazing work. I can't thank Sal and his team enough; he knows his stuff her tells it like it is and he delivers on time no fuss no messing and competitive on price. What more do you want. Give them a call they do not disappoint.

We needed our old fence torn down and removed, and around 150 feet of replacement wood privacy fencing with 2 gates. Sal wrote up our estimate promptly and began the process by submitting a request for a building permit. A week later He arrived with his crew and three days later we had our gorgeous new fence. These guys are professional, cleaned up after themselves, and built a quality fence. Not only would I recommend them, I plan on using them for another property. It's shocking but obviously a company culture to be rude as this experience was with numerous employees. I left a message for the owner and no return call. Overall the interactions with this company have been rude and not solution focused so we now will seek alternatives to having the repairs paid for since they refuse to right their mistake. A simple apology would have gone a long way to start! I would be very cautious if considering doing business with this company.

The owner, Ron Robledo, was very hands-on throughout the manufacturing and installation process and helped me understand how to maintain and protect the railings from the constant exposure to salt air. Ron was also kind enough to provide me with some samples of BoeShield T-9 corrosion inhibitor and Blade & Bit salt remover for my use. When I had some questions about maintenance of the railings, Ron personally visited my home and walked me through application of the products and immediately addressed some minor punchlist items. He will flat out lie right to your face. He has no voice mail, keeps no office hours, doesn't return emails or calls. Ron installed cable wire for my deck rail. He was paid to use 316L stainless steel cable. He either got a bad batch or used an inferior cable as it rusted within a couple months of installation. Ron said he would replace it. Said he treats customers the way he would treat a family member. It's been over a year and the cable has still not been replaced despite Ron's promises and guarantees that it would be replaced. Ron Robleto of Melbourne Beach always has excuses why he hasn't been able to replace it yet. Now, Ron no longer responds to emails or messages and has gone silent.

After signing proposal for new fence, I realized All Florida Fence is a fictitious company DBA…read moreunder AMZ Services Inc. This, was learned after owner mentioned his "other company". Install was to be within two weeks, owner stated. Owner accepted, & cashed, my deposit check. After a week, my inquiries regarding starting date were met with very vague replies, such as; will call you tonight, or will let you know Saturday. Twelve days passed, & I requested refund of deposit, to which owner said, no. He even threatened to dump my "materials on lawn". This fictitious contract is missing many legally binding elements for FL; license #, starting date, AND, parent company info. are only three examples. All Florida Fence uses a "contract" that is null. The owner, of both AMZ Services Inc. and All Florida Fence, has used all sorts of excuses for NOT owning up to being a business with integrity. All he has to do, is refund my deposit. Cancel my "contracts". Because All Florida Fence is a fictitious company, both companies are being reported to various agencies. Am working on getting a refund. Do NOT recommend this person nor companies. Buyers beware! Seems to be some sort of scam.

I talked to the tech who came out an measured the house. we talked about doing the back lot and he said he needed the survey. I told him it would be a long time before I dug that out and that he would do a multi-quote where the house is one and we could do the lot later. It's been almost 3 weeks since he is coming to my house and no quote was ever sent and no contact was ever made. He even promised me he would email me a phone number and a quote and even promised me he would text me and email address where I can send a copy of the land survey too which she never did that either. So I sat here and waited 3 weeks to find out how much it would cost to have my yard fenced in. Shocking! Nothing, no communications, no quotes, nothing! This is what they did from the get-go, I should have stayed with my instincts and not call them back but I like to give people a fair try as I know it can be tough. Poor customer service, no response, no quote. Hopefully the owner will read this and make some changes. Saddly, my interactions are very typical. These two people I have interacted with I've probably lost my business in this company and I will know steer everybody away from profence.

Not only does he show up on time, but he and his crew work a full day, non-stop! Its impressive to have someone show up when they say they will and clean up when they finish, in this day and age.
