My parents hired this company to assist them with downsizing and moving them into an assisted living community in Rockledge, FL. The entire experience has been a disaster from the start. We are a military family and have moved too many times to count, even overseas, but this move is by far the worst. They saw the contents of my parents home and all they were concerned about was what would be left behind for the estate sale. The packers literally dumped drawers into used boxes creating a nightmare for my parents to unpack. My father's Navy uniforms were dumped into boxes still on hangers - no respect for what those uniforms represent. Despicable. Here we are three weeks later and there are still items in their home that need to be moved to their new apartment! This woman even called me to complain about my parents and how much stuff the wanted to move. Who are they to decide what goes and what doesn't? If my parents say pack it, then pack it. Period! At 87 and 85 years old my parents should never have had to have such a disastrous move. Beware of this woman and her daughter. All they care about is making money. Carolyn knows the market and everything it takes to get there as soon as possible. My life changed due to an illness, and without warning, I needed to sell my home of 27 years. I requested that she work with my relatives at first, and later with me. She took care of the repairs that were needed to sell the home. She did the estate sale. She prepared the home for sale.
