Our youngest daughter age 8 just began phase 1. We couldn't be happier with the care and expertise provided. From the moment we walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. This definitely helped to put my younger daughter at ease, as she has some dental anxiety. The office is child friendly offering games in waiting room. Again, helping to alleviate some of the anxiety she had about the appointment. The front desk office staff also made every effort to accommodate our busy schedules, which I appreciated. Dr Carr and her dental assistant took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment and procedure before we began. All of our questions were answered with clarity and patience. We were to begin phase 1 of treatment with our youngest. Before we began, Dr Carr showed us a simulation of how the teeth would move during phase 1 of treatment. This was AMAZING! Phase 1 would help make room for the permanent teeth to come in properly. Phase 2 would complete any corrections to the bite or alignment needed after all the permanent teeth came in. This would help to prevent the need for permanent teeth removal like I had when I was a teenager. Again... AMAZING! It is clear Dr Carr and her team pay attention to every detail and are committed to providing the best personalized care. Through the treatment with our older daughter, we noticed significant improvements with her smile. Her classmate's parents often commented on how nice and straight her teeth looked. She will start phase 2 in the near future. I can't wait to see the same changes with my youngest. We highly recommend Dr Carr and her team. Their professionalism, expertise and genuine care sets them apart. I truly believe they are the best orthodontists in the Twin Cities!

I swear some months I was in every week because of some panic related to being 30, pregnant and braces face. I typically saw Dr. Tiziani, and Carr if I couldn't get in with Tiziani. Dr. T always wears pink latex gloves. I think that's the cutest. She is also very understanding that nobody wants to have braces on longer than they first guess. All of the offices are nice. I've been to Minnetonka, Excelsior and Wayzata. They have contests every month (I never won), magazines, and water (maybe tea and hot coco too?). Great staff. Clean environment. I'm always referring.

She gives great feedback about what's going well in your mouth and what things you could do differently to improve other aspects of your oral health. Got in at 7am and was out the door by 8am. I love their flexible scheduling. I appreciate that this dental office does not push with upselling or offering unnecessary procedures. I have 1 tooth with mineralization on it from childhood and both dentists I've seen at this clinic have asked if it bothers me, and when I say no they totally back off and respect my decision to keep my weird tooth the way that it is. I have referred several people here. If you forget your chapstick and your lips get dry from stretching them open for so long, they'll offer you one of their custom chapsticks. On Friday at 5:15 PM, a nightmare scenario unfolded: my front crown and tooth completely fell out. I was incredibly shaken and embarrassed. The thought of facing the weekend with a gap in my smile was devastating. Thankfully, I called Dr. Weisbrod, and to my immense relief, he squeezed me in at 6:45 PM that same day. His willingness to help during an emergency like that was just incredible. Dr. Weisbrod was wonderful. He immediately put me at ease, clearly explained all the options for restoring my tooth, and expertly provided a temporary fix. I was so grateful to be able to face the weekend without that missing tooth. Even better, he scheduled me for a permanent solution appointment within the same week! After my first visit, I realized this office is the kindest, most compassionate dental office I've ever been to. Not only is everyone kind from the first second you talk to them to make an appointment, but they do excellent work (I had a cleaning, filling and crown). Super efficient, quick and practically painless! Dr. Isaacson is kind to both patients and staff which impressed me as much as his skill and artistry. Because let's face it. Fashioning crowns, polishing teeth, etc. takes a skilled hand. I also LOVE the way Dr. Isaacson THANKED his dental hygienist (Ashlee) for her excellent work. And she truly is AMAZING! Matt greeted me promptly at 7:00 a.m. and prepped me, always his usual, courteous yet friendly self. His administration of novocaine was painless and he explained and double checked the procedure. Dr. D. then did the same, explaining each step as we went along while both he and his assistant kept me well rinsed and as comfortable as possible throughout. Visual scans confirmed everything that had been done and any questions I had were answered quickly and expertly. I have had some traumatic dental experiences in the past elsewhere, so was slightly hesitant going in. My family of 4 has been seeing the team at Parkway Dental for over a decade, though, so I know firsthand that they are beyond competent. They actually CARE about their patients. At no time did I feel unsafe or uncared for. I was even given a lovely fleece blanket that proved to be a great calming agent. Truly, though, it is their professionalism and compassionate care that shepherded me through. I go back in about a week for my permanent crowns and am actually looking forward to it!
