BUT THEN I learned about Reynolds Advanced Materials! I first made the 2+ hour drive there to buy in-person. Not only did I get greeted and helped by a friendly staff member, but they also gave me a couple sample products to try out. They had everything I could ever need. Of course, I can't make that two hour drive whenever I need Smooth-on, so I order from RAM Detroit directly now, and they not only have FREE SHIPPING but apparently I live close enough to receive my purchases THE NEXT DAY via FedEx. They give you an awesome coupon book that lasts the entire year if you buy your Cricut from them. I used all but 2 of the coupons in the book and hated to see the last one go. I will say that coupon book makes buying your machine at Michael's vs another retailer worth it. Their vinyl selection is pretty good most if the time, and sometimes you can use a coupon. They have a beautiful huge lab with a nice selection of die cuts, TONS of supplies, and wall to wall paper, , albums and other items as well. I was very impressed with the selection here, and the gal that helped me was super nice. They also have Monday night make and takes, along with crops on Friday nights for $15 which includes dinner.
