WORST COMPANY EVER!!! If I could give the negative stars I would! I don't know how they are still in business. They have rescheduled on me 4 times. They don't even call you to tell you they aren't going to come. They give you a 4 hour frame as to when they will show up and then all I got was a text from my company I rent from after the time frame saying they rescheduled. Had to miss 4 days of work because of this. I have a broken glass sliding door but that's not important to them. The people that gave them a good review are either fake or family or friends. We used this company to have a small curb installed in between our yard and our neighbors yard to help prevent the grass in our yard from growing into theirs. The company was recommended to us through a close friend. We were so grateful for the referral as they came out the next day and gave us an estimate for the curb that needed to be concreted. The amount was extremely reasonable compared to the first estimate we received. The worker showed up the next day, prepped the yard and laid the concrete in just a few short hours. It was exactly what we needed, they were very professional, courteous and personable. We appreciate any company that is prompt, kind and courteous. They did not leave a mess behind which is also appreciated as some companies tend to leave trash and other debris behind after a job is finished. I met the owner of Lakeside Contractors at an appliance store Yesterday. He was picking up a range for a customer. I needed to buy a fridge and get it home right away. The store was about to close and I didn't have a way to get the fridge home. i asked if he could take it to my house a few miles away and I offered to pay him. After going out of his way to help me he offered to help me get in the house to install. When he was ready to leave I offered him the agreed-upon amount of money for the delivery and he refused. Lakeside gives no service and no response. Gary doesn't answer his phone and the voice mailbox is full. He doesn't ever answer his phone. Tony the owner doesn't answer his phone and the voice mailbox is full. They failed to show up for their appointment. I don't know how you would contact them because there are at least 4 phone numbers for them and they do not answer any of them. This is a great way to do business. Yahoo to your wonderful contracting company. Lakeside is a company that doesn't value service because they provides us with none. Owner Tony Gomez and his company Lakeside General Contractors were hired by our management company to address an ongoing mold issue we were experiencing. His worker came to our home, opened up the ceiling and exposed LARGE AREAS OF BLACK MOLD. He then called me to follow up and for the 1st five minutes self praised himself as a professional and claiming he has a family and kids too. He suggested we could just cover up the areas of mold with some spray and close up the ceiling. When I DID NOT agree Mr. Professional Tony literally hung up the phone on me. His worker left my home with the kitchen open and exposed - so that my family can breathe in the black mold and then left the damaged MOLDY drywall in my garage. By the time I got home from work, the moldy drywall left in my garage smelled profusely! With some further research, it looks as it company has done some shotty work locally.
