It can get a little warm inside, but the extra fans help. I love that you can pay with quarters or just use the app with Apple Pay. Super convenient. Clean, modern, and reliable. Definitely my go-to laundromat. But, if I could make a recommendation it would be to skip this place on Sunday nights. It's a madhouse and entirely too hot. The only issue is that I decided to go on a Sunday which is probably the worst day to decide to go to a laundromat. I'd suggest going on a less busy day/time. But even with it being crowded, we stood and stalked machines that only had a short amount of time left and hopped in when then people appeared to remove their clothing so I wasn't there that long. The machines were easy to operate. The least expensive machine was $3.50. It was REALLY SMALL inside but it did the trick. The dryers are only 25 cents and get REALLY HOT depending on if you choose high. My clothing dried super fast I love that they accept coins or you can pay with your phone. The place was also nice and clean and the attendant was nice and helpful. I am not super familiar with the area but it seems pretty safe. One man did approach my daughter and I in the parking lot asking if he could clean my windows but he wasn't a threat. While we are stuck in this hotel, I will definitely return when the need arises!

When I raised the concern, instead of taking responsibility or offering a reasonable resolution, the company dismissed the damage entirely, hid behind "industry standards," and claimed the changes were within "normal tolerances," despite the fact that the garments were materially altered and unusable. What was especially frustrating is that a prior issue with a different garment had already occurred, which they acknowledged at the time by offering compensation as a "courtesy." Now, faced with a much larger and more obvious loss, they refused any accountability. I expected professionalism and care commensurate with handling expensive clothing. Instead, I was met with deflection and a refusal to stand behind their work. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing valuable or tailored garments here.
