Rocket Farms is a Farm that Grows Orchids and Other Ornamental Flowers and sell them to Florists and Online Floral company's that take orders for Floral arrangements and then Rocket Farms will Prepare and Package them and send them to the Recipients of said flowers. When I arrived at Rocket Farms, I was impressed by the Size of the Farm and the Personnel and the Scope of the operation. Its a well secured Location and I was let in at the Entry gate by Security. They had all the Orchids Prepackaged Addressed and Shrink Wrapped on Pallets . They loaded my Trailer to the Brim in less than an hour ,with Palatalized Orchids destined to be Valentines Day Gifts. I fired up the Refrigeration Unit and rolled my loaded Whip to the Oakland Airport where my trailer was promptly downloaded and sorted and sent on there way.

Now fair warning part of the road gets pretty rough when you get near the nursery. It goes from paved to dirt and with the recent weather wasn't that great but we made it fine just went slow. The nursery is a really cool eclectic place. It is run by a husband and wife and they are super friendly and helpful. They had great energy and really went out of their way to help. The prices are amazing. Probably the best the wife has ever come across. She went for succulents which they had some very nice ones. But they also had plenty of others. I highly recommend this place. The wife has already been telling her friends about it. FYI they are only open on Saturday.

I was driving down 101 South yesterday and spotted the beautiful pottery! I drove out there today…read moreand what a treat! This place is FULL of Talavera and Chiminea's and Suns, and other decor. It's all outside. The gal working there was super sweet and had the most adorable puppy! I used to sell Talavera at prior jobs, and these prices are competitive. I paid $189 for a pot that down the street would be $300. Talavera isn't cheap to begin with, but if you love it, you love it. I wanted to get the word out because this place is worth finding. I was concerned about finding it so let me share how: To get to it go up 101 north and take Messick Road. It's after San Miguel Canyon. You don't have a lot of warning so once you see the sign be prepared to get off the Highway. Treasure Garden is to your almost immediate left on the opposite side of a little building. There is parking right up front too! You will see some of the cute stuff they have out front.
