Laid back atmosphere, reasonable prices and pots from small to estate size pieces requiring a truck and a forklift. Delivery is available at a cost. If you are near here, it's worth stopping in. There's something for everyone. When we stay in Moss Landing, we're coming home with a few new pots.

Now fair warning part of the road gets pretty rough when you get near the nursery. It goes from paved to dirt and with the recent weather wasn't that great but we made it fine just went slow. The nursery is a really cool eclectic place. It is run by a husband and wife and they are super friendly and helpful. They had great energy and really went out of their way to help. The prices are amazing. Probably the best the wife has ever come across. She went for succulents which they had some very nice ones. But they also had plenty of others. I highly recommend this place. The wife has already been telling her friends about it. FYI they are only open on Saturday.

Great deal with different varieties you don't see often....4" pots cost $4 or 6 for $20 which is a great deal. I wanted to buy the 'crown of thorns' succulent that produces either white, red, pink or yellow flowers....i figured i'd walk and finish looking and come back before i left...didn't realize that was a popular so by the time i returned it was gone except for a lone yellow one so i snagged that one along with an air plant...really pretty! I didn't get her name but guessing the owner, Carol was nice enough to look in her inventory to see if there was others hiding....darn...none...she told me how to care as i've killed a couple of air plants...you'd think all it needed was air but nope, you need to 'water' (misting) them at least twice a week...i never know if im not giving enough or too much as sometimes the base looks rotted...I'll buy one more and cross my fingers it survives! I'll definitely have to either drive to Watsonville and make it a day or visit the Alamada Antique Fair again on first Sunday of the month.

They really have affordable succulents and plants. I remembered to bring cash with me for a smoother transaction. With the limited English the gentleman spoke, it was still easy to communicate with him. Two of my friends were able to speak some Spanish which helped facilitate the transaction process.
