They could have responded as an emergency, but I declined and 1.5 days later Service Tech Josh arrived after calling me and providing an exact time of arrival. When Josh arrived, he was prepared, clean, neat, orderly and with a professional, fully stocked service truck. Josh took time to " listen" to the specifics of my issue and was soon changing into his full suit of armor to fight these pesky yellow-jackets. I've never had a problem, Mike and Mark are so nice and very friendly. I have many friends and neighbors who also use M&M pest control and have no complaints and nothing bad to say. They were able to fit me in within the next couple days. They were extremely friendly and very funny. They were quick with spraying around the inside of my house and the outside.
