Horrible customer service. Went for my flu shot as a walk-in. Had to wait an hour before I got it. After 45 mins of waiting, I asked how much longer it would be and got a rude response letting me know that it hadn't been that long that I was waiting. She informed me of the time she processed the paperwork. I was only 5 minutes off. Well, I guess 5 minutes makes all the difference. Then she tried to blame it on the fact that I was a walk-in. But I made friends with another woman in the waiting room who had an appointment for her flu shot, and she had to wait 50 minutes for hers. So, I'm just annoyed at all the excuses. If it's going to be an hour wait on a Monday, they should let you know before they charge your insurance. So don't go on your lunch break. Also, there bathroom was gross. I originally planned on moving my and my husband's prescriptions here from CVS, but changed my mind. read more

If I could give a zero to the pharmacy I would. The manager at the pharmacy is VERY RUDE and has NO concern for her patients. I walked in Bc I had tried to call several times with no answer. I came in and stood in line for 30 min. The 2 receptionist were very young. One seemed new or jut clueless. She was helping a older gentleman and he kept telling her to speak up Bc he had hearing aids and she didn't! Finally, the other pharmacy aide took over and I was to helped by the girl who couldn't speak up. I just needed to know if a medication was in stock. When I asked she stared at me blankly! I couldn't help but to stare back! I repeated the question and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. At this moment my mouth was hanging open. She came back a few mins later and said , "no." I asked if she could ask the pharmacist and she asked me again what medicine I needed. So, I guess her no meant she didn't even look! The pharmacist came over and said, "what?!" And I asked about the medicine (I was being nice too!!) and she said "I don't have time to answer, we are busy! " and walked away. I wasn't about to cause a scene Bc I am trying to be a calmer version of myself in 2022. I walked away. Yes, people are understaffed and they obviously had to hire dumb dumbs. I counted 5-6 girls behind that counter!!! Before Covid there was always 2 people and you waited FOREVER!!! I will NEVER go into that Walgreens again! read more

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Normally I used CVS without issues. Starting this year I changed to this Walgreen at Hwy105 as my default store. The clerks were always very slow regardless there were customers waiting. The final straw for me was last time. I visited the store 3 times to get my 3 Rxs unsuccessfully. Each time I gave them one more day than the day they said it will be ready. The third try, I stormed out when I was told that I still have to wait at the store for a very common sleeping pills to be dispensed (which was supposed to be ready for pickup 3 days ago). read more

This is hands down the WORST run pharmacy for any Walgreens!! It doesn't matter what time of day, what day, drive up or inside or how many people are in front of you - you will GROW OLD waiting!!! I waited in line for 45 minutes behind multiple cars I get up there to get my prescription all three ladies had my prescription wrong then they couldn't figure out how to do my insurance and then told me to circle around because I am no longer important that the person behind me is more important than I am yes that is what they said . Very rude and very tacky and then I told them that I wasn't going to turn around and circle around because I've been waiting here for a very long time and I just wanted my medicine and then they told me that they were going to call the cops which is crazy after me waiting there for 45 minutes and I have gotten my prescription with them every single month they had my insurance in their computer . I have it all on video tape of them being tacky and rude and they didn't realize that their recorder was on so they were calling me names . Ongoing problems with pharmacy. I went to pick up script and was told they could only partially fill but would have remainder of tablets the next day. When I went back the next day, they said they had no record of it. Rep at window asked how many they had given me the previous day. Shouldn't THEY know that??? They just filled it and gave me 25 tablets. This week, I called in a refill. After a few days, I checked my account online and it showed no record of refill request. I went ahead and requested it online. System said it would be ready today (Sunday) after 12. When I went to get it, once again, they said they had no record of it but would fill it for me. I could relate incident after incident. Shame on me for not moving on sooner. read more

I used to get my photos printed here but no more. It always takes a long time to find someone to help you and this last time was worst because the manager " Monnie" saw me but she was having a conversation with another employee so even tho they saw me, they just kept talking. Once they finally come over (10 min later ) she has an attitude that NO REAL manager should ever have. She says that the waiting time it's not her fault that it's corporate but she was the one talking with another employee while i waited for 10 minutes ...it wasn't anybody's fault but hers & her lack of knowledge on customer service. Got in line for drive-up pharmacy with approximately 8 cars in front of me at 5:00pm. on 12/29/21 Since I had a sick daughter with me, decided waiting in the car would best choice to pick-up prescriptions. Called back automated pharmacy confirmation of prescriptions while in line to confirm they would be ready. The lady that answered the phone confirmed they were ready but the nebulizer machine was not covered. I told her ok, I will pay for that and I am in line for window pick-up. This should have been the time when she told me it would not fit in the drawer. Finally got to the window at 5:55pm. It took the girl at the window 35 minutes to complete my order and then tells me that I will need to come inside the store to get everything since it would not fit in the drawer. I was past livid as I am sure all the people in line behind me! POOR customer service at best!!! 1 1/2 hours to get prescriptions is over the top ridiculous. I will be changing pharmacies going forward as this was not my first long wait. The time before I went inside and still waited 1 hour. read more

The staff are nice and helpful, will contact insurance if need be. Had my prescription transferred here with no problem. Not sure why people left bad reviews--every time I've been there, someone has asked me if I need help, and can lead me to whatever I need in the store. Management is nice. I've seen them deal with unreasonable people (always at the pharmacy who are unfamiliar with how insurance works) in a timely and sensitive way. Great job! read more

The pharmacy at the Walgreens on Walden rd and hwy 105 in Montgomery is awful. I have been waiting over a week to get a prescription filled and they still haven't solved the issue. I have insurance and a prescription card from the drug manufacturer and still it's not filled. They had a question for the doctor that they said they faxed but haven't tried calling the doctor or me to follow up. I have called 3 times and gone up there twice and still can't get it filled or any resolution. So now I have to go back to the doctor next week to get the medication from them that I should have had filled a week ago. If you need a medication quickly pick another pharmacy. read more

The Pharmacist named Tom has a way of making you feel like a drug addict when you go in to fill any kind of pain management scripts. He would not fill my prescription that my doctor had given me because he "thought" that the dosage MY MD OF 15 YEARS prescribed was too high. This is the worst pharmacy! They can never find electronically sent prescriptions and it can take hours to fill! The customer service is very poor! I sat at Walgreens with a crying baby for 2 hours. I waited for an hour and half before they told me it would be another thirty minutes at least! Then it still wasn't ready so I gave up and had my doctor call it in to lakeside pharmacy across the street! They were great and got me in and out quickly! The vast majority of my experiences here have been quite favorable from employees who are only too happy to show me to particular items throughout the store to everyone in the pharmacy department. DO NOT FILL YOUR PRESCRIPTION HERE. Every single time my fiancé and I have dropped off our prescriptions, there has been an issue. In particular, a pharmacist named Tom thinks he can override the "fill date" on the physical prescription sheet. This time, the prescription clearly says "Earliest Fill Date is 12/8/15". We went to drop it off on the 12th and he says that they can't fill it until the 15th. And that's when we go out of town for the holidays! So thank you, Tom, for being a grade-A jerk. I hope your holidays are as terrible as you make everyone feel when they drive up to the window. read more

We were using Walgreens in Oklahoma when we moved here 5 years ago, so we were happy to see the Walgreens at Waldren Rd. I must say that this is the most frustrating pharmacy. The wait time in the drive-thru is horrible. I would start timing as soon as I drove up and would eventually call the store manager on my cellphone to get more help at the drive-thru window. A 15-30 minute wait was about normal.Then there were so many times we would wait and they would only give us 3-5 pills and then we had to come back a few days later and do it all over again. We finally got fed up. We have changed to CVS, which is closer to my house. I can leave my doctor's office and CVS will already have my prescription ready and waiting for me. Their prescription turn-around time is excellent. They get cars through the drive-thru in about 3 minutes each on average. I always tell them how much better they are serving their customers than Walgreens. read more

Have used this pharmacy for the past five years. Last year & a half service has gone from downhill to nonexistent. I have sent in complaints and do not even receive a reply. Was told to be patient during the LONG remodel, and stayed with them. The only thing the remodel provided - was a way for the pharmacist and CS people to hide behind the pharmacy. Have been in one day & they only had one person handling the drive-through and the front. Never can answer a simple question. Asked to see the pharmacist one day and had to wait 30 min. Not sure she was even a pharmacist to tell you the truth. Left & went to HEB. Excellent service. read more

Without a doubt, the most incompetent people I have ever dealt with. I have been lb latently lied to which the manager died apologize about. I've been told my script would be ready in 30 minutes and have waited an additional hour and a half only to be told that they were out of stock. The out of stock scenario has happened twice now. The pharmacist is arrogant and talks down to customers and the staff seems completely clueless and lie when they don't have an answer. I now drive an additional 20 minutes to avoid using this Walgreens. The place needs completely new staff in my opinion along with an appreciation for customers. read more

Absolutely horrible service! Not only will they not take the time to honor medication coupons from the company of the medication but have the time it takes days to get a prescription filled. They explained to me after I waited a hour in the drive thru that I would have to come back because they still haven't filled my prescription after days because "they have just been busy". Not only did they over charge me on a prescription and made a big deal over not accepting the pharmaceutical coupon for the expensive prescription but in the end she never even rang it up and then was rude to me after I paid for my other medications. Once I got home I realized she didn't even ring up the other half of my prescriptions. Very unorganized and it is a nightmare to sit thru the drive thru. This is yet another reason why I will continue to stay away from your store and pharmacy, and continue to direct all my patients, friends, family and neighbors to do the same. The pharmacy staff is rude and lazy. I have yet to ever get an accurate time estimate of a prescription fill. I have no problem looking pass this, but when the incompetence is met with rude, unapologetic attitude from the pharmacist, while two of the staff members sit there and roll their eyes while they eat yogurt with their feet kicked up is simply a total lack of care for the customers. Had it not been Sunday and needing to fill a pain med prescription for my wife who just got out of surgery, I would have never attempted to use your pharmacy based on similar previous encounters. It was so bad I will take the rest of my Sunday to Yelp, Angie List, BBB, etc as much as I can to help persuade other individuals from using not only your pharmacy, but the store as well. Wal Mart, CVS, and Lakeside pharmacy provide customer service. Wal Greens in Montgomery TX has the reputation of DISSERVICE and management/corporate is doing nothing to change this. read more
