Neither the owner of the company, nor their head "contractor" know how to measure windows. The 5 windows they removed from our house were 53 1/2 inches tall. The windows they ordered and installed were 52 3/4 inches tall, leaving a 3/4 inch gap at the bottom. The contractor tried to say that the window does not need to sit on the sill?? The reframing of one window was so bad that the sill sloped into the house. The exterior trim they installed on the windows was so substandard that it all has to be ripped out. The crew was unprofessional, they ran over and carelessly broke several pieces of siding that were removed from the house, and were supposed to be reinstalled. If you want windows installed, I strongly recommend you find a competent contractor. This as truly a total waste of my money.

They were clean and efficient with clean up of old materials - we had old gutter attachments still on the house in certain areas, and they disposed of it with ease. After hail damage to our home in Farmington, we had a number of things that needed to be addressed that necessitated working with different companies. La Tray has been the best to work with by far. Jesse worked with us on a plan to attack the siding that helped us keep costs in line with our insurance claim. They also provided additional information for the insurance company when asked. They truly don't use subcontractors and take great pride in their work. They were tenacious in finding everything to match our siding and downspouts. We gave them the measurements before they came and they came with the right size windows, And sealed up the problem areas we had. Totally worth it On top of the great work, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I knew what they were doing step by step. They also had me check their work during and after. Our basement is so much warmer now and our dehumidifier barely has to run anymore.
