Like yeah, it would be nice if it was done well... I got no response at all, and there was never an attempt to come fix the obvious color/shape difference of the shingles ‍. I received a text asking how they did too, and I said the same things then. Again no response. Why repeatedly ask people how you did, when you don't care?? The work was scheduled for a few weeks later. The original estimate seemed high, but we agreed to the terms. The employee did a good job for the first day. Then we were told to complete the last project would require a change with a small increase in price to use some 4 x 4 instead of some 2 x 4 lumber.The work was completed on the second day by the employee and was satisfactory. The problem is when we received an $800 increase in the final bill. When we questioned why the final bill was increased by such a large amount, the owner did not give a reasonable explanation that we felt was acceptable . We reluctantly paid the final bill under protest.
