This gas station is in a perfect location in my option. Right off the highway and tucked in a corner sort of. Always very easy to get in and out of. Never had an issue here and it's right next to my hotel. The store is very clean and inviting and the employees are always very friendly. 24-hour gas station near the exit ramp of a highway with two perfectly working bathrooms but the staff decided to hand make signs and close the bathrooms off to the public from 11:00 to 5:00? I didn't know the staff owned the gas station now! Does that mean they can't use the bathrooms either? Patrons coming there to buy gas buy items in the store and use the restrooms are what pay the salary of the staff that is closing the bathrooms on patrons! Who's running this place??? Honestly best gas station I've been to. Car wash is updated and works perfectly. Has clean bathrooms and opened 24 hours with a Dunkin donuts. 12 open pumps with diesel with huge open area for large trucks. Carry def diesel. 13 door cooler with every drink possible. Sandwiches, snacks, extended length windshield cleaners for trucks, well lit at all hours, accepts stop and shop and fuel rewards, accepts EBT, all credit cards, updated with all the newest products, friendly staff, truly unbelievable. read more

Large gas station with not only a lot of pumps, but a lot of space between rows of pumps. Makes it easy to maneuver when they guy in ront of you didn't seem to think pulling up all the way to the end of the pumps was a great idea. Drive through dunkins They accept the Stop and Shop gas points - I always have to type my number in since I can't remember when I saw a full sized store membership card , or felt like it was worth keeping ! I did have to be forced to purchase a couple quarts of oil here for over $11 each (ouch) but its a gas station, not a service station so maximum mark up was to be expected. If I wasn't almost out of oil. I surely would have waited. Can get crazy in the mornings especially with the line to DD but staff seems on top of it. nick had the best customer service ive ever experienced tonight! i was lost and needed directions but my phone was totally dead with no charger and as i cried at the register he offered to help me find directions to my destination! ive never had anyone take the time like nick did to help a random stranger in that way but i can assure you i'll be back whenever i'm in the area even if it's only to experience his out of this world customer service once again!! read more

This review is strictly for the car wash. I can't speak to the inside service or anything else. Typically, when I take my car to a wash, I will pay for the high-end cleaning because I go so infrequently. A nice wash and wax goes a long way. So today was no exception. I pay the $15 for their so-called "Ultimate Package". My car went through the wash and was coated down and cleaned as most washes do. it was fast and was fascinating to watch... but that's about it. My car came out the other side and I drove home. Upon getting home, I noticed that the back of my car was still a filthy mess. Where the front was shiny and bright white, the back was still stained from pollen and dirty. This was from the back doors all the way to the bumper. I wouldn't typically make a big deal out of this, but if I'm paying $15 for a damn wash, I expect the whole car will be washed, not just 2/3s of it. So mathematically, I can't say that their wash does a half-assed job, but it's certainly enough for me not to go back. read more

I purchased a couple things and then moved over to the Dunkin Donuts line. The younger dude who rang me up wasn't at the register anymore, so I asked the mid-50s man that took over for him "Can I just have a bag for what i just bought?" I said please, I swear! He nastily said "No" and turned his attention to the people that just approached the register. At first I thought he was just joking...Because, why would just be so mean to a customer who just wants a bag that costs the store probably not even half a cent??? So I waited a sec and said "Umm, are you joking or serious?" Balding, middle aged man barks "SERIOUS" WOW, ok, well then... This Shell has lost me as a customer!!! I went on my lunch break yesterday and tried to purchase gas. I swiped my debit but the pump wasn't working. I cancelled the transaction and went inside to inquire. They told me there was an issue with the pumps but it should be all set and to try again, which I did. Still no gas dispensed so I cancelled that transaction and left without filling up. Shortly after I tried to purchase a few supplies elsewhere and my debit card was declined. Checking my balance on line I saw that I was charged $90.00 for each transaction at Shell for a total of $180.00 even though both transactions were cancelled and I left just about on E. I immediately called Shell and they told me to contact my bank. Like most Americans, I live paycheck to paycheck so when I called the bank and learned that they wouldn't release the funds back to me until 72 hours later I became quite concerned. My bank said that unless Shell confirms that they indeed had issues with non-working pumps and would not be charging me for gas not purchased I would have to wait another 3 days. Thinking this was a simple request I called Shell back and the same gentleman answered. I must say he was trying to help me but did keep saying there was nothing he could do and that he just started. Asking to speak to a manager I was informed several times there was no manager on duty (but yet I could hear him reiterating my story to someone else). He did have sympathy but started to get frustrated when I told him all I wanted was a quick note stating the pumps weren't working but again he said he couldn't help me and there was no manager there to talk to. I couldn't believe no-one was there to take a minute to help or even offer to contact a manager on my behalf. By then I started to get upset and told him they would lose me as a customer because we're not talking about chump change here. At THAT point a VERY rude woman came on the phone already sounding impatient. I asked if she was a manager to which she relied she was (really? Thought there was no manager on duty?). I kindly reiterated my situation and expressed that I could not wait 72 hours for my funds and could she please produce a a quick 3 sentence letter for me and fax it to my bank. She flat out refused. Not only did she refuse...she didn't care. I expressed that $180.00 may not be a lot to her but it was to me and could she please just take a minute of her time and do this and again she flat out refused saying 'the bank has my money, not them' and that she didn't have access to the fax machine (what manager doesn't have access to their own machines?). But, the stubborn part of me would not let it go. I tried to get her to understand my situation and how would she like it if someone took all her money and the place that was responsible for it wouldn't help her? I told her I only need 3 minutes of her time and that would rectify the situation, that's not asking a lot for a returning customer. She lacked empathy and understanding and she rudely informed me I'd have to wait. After another few minutes of me expressing my disbelief she eventually told me if I wanted to have my bank call them she would talk to them but thats all she would do. I feel she only gave me even that little crumb to get me off the phone. My point? Where the heck is customer service these days? With the numerous local gas stations in town it was THEIR establishment I chose. The fact that my business means absolutely nothing to them and the knowledge of they'd leave a customer out to dry instead of taking 3 minutes out of their day is beyond my comprehension. So goodbye, Shell. I will gladly give my hard earned money to a competitor who will appreciate my business. Thank you for taking the time to read!!!! read more
