Will be avoiding this place as they do not allow non cdl/dot drivers to be able to pay and take a nice shower for no reason. As a trucker myself every place I've been to always has enough showers for all the drivers. Will be spending 1k on fuel elsewhere now. read more

Food is good but workers lack respect that's my experience don't know what other people experienced here.

I parked here to wait for my next load only to have my truck beat on in the middle of the night by the worker and told to leave. Avoid this mess. I'll be looking up where to spend my $1,000 fuel bill elsewhere. read more

Way back when I lived in the area, I would stop at Flynn's for the cheapest prices in gas, and their massive pre-made sandwiches. I thought it'd be nice to re-visit this place. I was headed back from a random trek about New England, and this place was right on my way back. I entered, fueled up the rental car, and went inside to pick up a one of their gargantuan pre-made sandwiches. I guess the economy hit, and their 'gargantuan' sandwiches were not nearly as colossal as I'd remembered them being. There was also now a Dunkin Donuts store inside the truck stop. I picked up a bag of chips and a pair of donuts. Despite the colossal sandwiches being slightly less colossal, there was still a wide assortment of products displayed. Food items, tool items, entertainment items. Lots of stuff. Neat little place. If I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop in again. read more

Would not visit again if this were the last truck stop on earth . Customer service is terrible. A Spanish speaking guy who I assume was parking lot security repeatedly banged on my trucks door and threatened to call the police on me . Also I've seen literally dozens of UPS drivers swarm the parking lot idle in fuel lanes . But none of them were harassed and told to leave with out reason read more

Terrible employees. I understand this is a gas station but this cashier Eric who is employed here has absolutely no customer service skills and refused to accept change for gas and required me to roll the change at the counter because a line was forming. A female went to get the rolling coin paper and he said no your not doing that, and pushed $14.00 in pre counted and sorted change toward me advising me to leave, stating they will not accept my change. I requested the rolling coin paper from the woman who was at shift end and she was happy to give them to me but Eric was not happy and swore at me in front of other customers. I apologized for not having a $50.00 or a $100.00 bill and he upheld his attitude stating I have a problem with you. Eric was aggressive and seemed as if he was trying to escalate the situation rather than provide a solution. There are no signs stating change not accepted unless rolled which makes me feel this is personal and I have no idea how Eric made such a problem out of me paying with change when I had $10.00 in quarters, $2.00 in nickles, $1.60 in dimes and $0.40 in pennies. This was the absolute worst customer service transaction I have encountered. I would NEVER go out of my way to belittle someone paying with change. Most staff courteous, place is clean through out been coming here for over 5 years, but watch where you park, today while on a mandatory for break they move truck or we will how it, they couldn't wait 15 minutes 10 when they threatened to tow the truck. During my visit today I was astonished by how another employee treated a co-worker with a disability. She (Georgina) said out loud in front of customers what are you retarded. The other co-worker reply's yes I have Autism. This is unprofessional of her to put down this hard working person. I go to this truck stop weekly and he is a very kind and caring worker. We travel across the country constantly picking up and delivering items, including motorcycles, vehicles, household goods, pets , pets and more pets. We live on the west coast in Oregon. We picked up two dogs in Seattle and delivered them to southern Texas. There we picked up a beautiful purebred pup going to Worcester, Massachusetts. We stay at truck stops in our sprinter van and pay for showers every day. We have even traveled with our grandson (4) and have not had any problems at any truck stop. There are thousands of hotshot drivers doing the same thing. I search my apps or maps for them when we are ready to stop for the night. Flynn's was the closest truck stop to our delivery destination in the morning (6 miles) and I liked the reviews about clean showers. We went in and inquired about showers and were told no showers without a CDL. Flynn's truck plaza refused to allow us to use their facilities. They are NOT friendly to non CDL transporters. In fact the gentleman at the counter we spoke with was quite rude. We had to go almost 30 miles away to a Pilot . If this is your policy it needs to be posted on your website so we don't have to go 60 miles out of our way. read more

Stopped by one night during a trip to have a look at my car and get gas, food, and a shower. The staff was courteous, the facilities clean, and I felt safe outside and at all points during my visit. Unfortunately there are not many truck stops near Clinton, Massachusetts where we are currently finding ourselves every other week through the holidays, so when I Googled flynn's and called to see if they have shower accommodations I was happy to find they did. My husband and I showered there the first time, wasn't impressed however it was a hot shower and not exactly terrible except the towels provided had grease stains and a weird texture almost as if washed without soap so needless to say we air dried. So a week later we returned for a shower, this time it was nasty, had not been cleaned, not even a wipe down, trash can full with trash, just accumulated filth and yes funky towels. We will not return. The store staff were friendly and it could be a place we would frequent if the staff took some pride in their business and cleaned up! read more

I like it. I'm a truck driver and it's kind of an old-school truckstop very tight parking but doable. I specially enjoyed the janitor work in the showers. He's full of stories and has a heart of gold he wants to be a driver that feels I think he's too old to start. He has enough stories to write songs so I say we encourage him to follow his dreams to become a driver if that's what he wants the white guy with the ponytail upstairs, he was OK he was a little snarky but overall pretty friendly. The young goth gal was very friendly and helpful. If I'm in the area I'll stop in here again. If your new or don't really know how to park in tight truck parking spots this is probably not the place for you little gritty a little grind me but I think we need more places like it. read more
