They assured us it was "live" now. We waited another 35 minutes, called again, and still no help. At that point we started calling tow companies for a simple jump‑start. The first company quoted $265 just to come out. That price tells you everything about how they operate. Then we called Camel Towing, and they quoted $65 -- literally two hundred dollars cheaper. They were polite, straightforward, and got a truck on the way immediately. About ten minutes later, Triple A finally showed up, so we had to cancel with Camel Towing. The man on the phone couldn't have been nicer. No frustration, no attitude -- he just said he'd call his driver back. Honest, professional, and respectful. If you need a tow or a jump in Lake Havasu, Camel Towing is the company to call. They're fair, quick, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot -- they've earned it.

I went to discount tire the other day to inquire about a new set of tires and wheels. The person I…read morespoke with was a complete moron. He didn't know a thing about tires, didn't answer any of my questions, and only seemed focused on trying to up-sell me on a specific brand of tire. I thought to myself, "Well, this guy doesn't know any better. He's probably a $8.00/hr salesperson." I asked for his card and the guy ended up being of the Managers! I looked up this place and was pleasantly surprised. I stopped in and spoke with the owner, Rick, and we spent about an hour going over what I wanted, versus, how each tire/wheel would affect my ride. I found him to be a patient and professional guy; and I really appreciated it. Besides, if the price is close enough, why not give a little something to the local businesses rather than a chain, right?! ***** UPDATE ***** I originally gave this a "4 star" review. That was prior to getting my wheels and tires in and installed. I got a call that they received my wheels/tires and dropped off my vehicle for installation. Upon picking them up I noticed the wheels were "gloss" black and there was a solid scratch on one of the wheels measuring about 1 1/2" long. It looked like a "ding" or scrape upon installation. I inform the owner of the two issues - 1) that I ordered these wheels in "matte" black, and 2) the scratch. He advised me that they only make these wheels in gloss. I asked him why he confirmed with me upon ordering them and paying for them that he could get them in matte, if they didn't even make them like that. He said he didn't know and thought they did come in matte, but being that he already installed them, there's nothing he could do about it. He said he would fix the scratch, though, which he did. When I took possession of the vehicle I immediately noticed violent shaking and assumed it wasn't balanced properly. I called them up and they stated they balance every vehicle before giving to the client. I brought it in nonetheless, and had them do it again. It seemed "a little" better, but upon leaving for a road trip, we realized that it still wasn't balanced. The vehicle shook so much, and having been balanced twice before, we assumed it was something else wrong with the vehicle. When we returned home, I took it to a brand name tire store and they balanced it for free, and informed me that the balance was way out of wack. So much so, that the bumper had started to rattle off, I lost nuts and bolts, and even some of the interior panelling came off. How in the world does a tire shop, which does nothing but tires, can't figure out how to balance a set of tires? How is that even possible?

Super professional in how he handled the job itself. That said, the tire he brought wasn't the correct size for my vehicle. It helped me get back home, but now I have to buy a whole new set of tires because of it. I was also charged $430 for one tire to be mounted, which feels steep -- especially considering it wasn't even the right size. From what I understand, there may have been some miscommunication between Benny Jr and his dad Benny Sr who handles the scheduling. I don't think it was malicious, just disorganized. All in all, I'm grateful for the help when I really needed it -- but I ended up paying a high price (literally and figuratively) due to the tire mix-up.
