Our battery died today, so we called Triple A -- and then waited... and waited. When we finally called back, we were told our request hadn't been submitted correctly. They assured us it was "live" now. We waited another 35 minutes, called again, and still no help. At that point we started calling tow companies for a simple jump‑start. The first company quoted $265 just to come out. That price tells you everything about how they operate. Then we called Camel Towing, and they quoted $65 -- literally two hundred dollars cheaper. They were polite, straightforward, and got a truck on the way immediately. About ten minutes later, Triple A finally showed up, so we had to cancel with Camel Towing. The man on the phone couldn't have been nicer. No frustration, no attitude -- he just said he'd call his driver back. Honest, professional, and respectful. If you need a tow or a jump in Lake Havasu, Camel Towing is the company to call. They're fair, quick, and reasonably priced. Give them a shot -- they've earned it. read more

Arrived at the same time I did and had me my car and everything taken care of in under 10 minutes. Just my opinion, but Camel towing is not the company I would ever use again. Prog. Ins said a tow truck would charge $89 to tow a car from Parker AZ to Lake Havasu AZ about 45 miles,, I paid them with CC, $89 for the Tow company. No truck showed up for over an hour,, Called Prog. back they would send another Truck,, hour later nothing. Time now about 7pm 118* side of the road. Some how I got Camel # he agree to take car back to Parker that evening no charge,, and said he could get it in the morning after he finished his 2 other tows in Parker - so a one way trip LHC to get back to Brandon's auto repair, he said no problem,, he charged $300 for 45 miles on top of the Prog. $89. fee. MAKE SURE you get quote BEFORE the tow.. NOT ONE other Tow company was available in Parker AZ or LHC !! (sounded strange to me) read more

I love these guys. I got stuck in the dirt and couldn't dig my way out. While I had to call the second number they left on their answering machine, they picked up and made sure I was taken care of. Given that AAA won't send a truck when you're not on a paved road, it's great to know that there is someone you can call to help. These people are a joke. After they don't show up for over 3 hours and the PO for the tow had been cancelled. And job was given to another company They loaded my truck on their tow truck and then called me and said they had my truck and if my insurance didn't pay for the service I had to our they wouldn impound my truck. I rear ended somebody because they decided to slam their brakes right when the stoplight turned yellow when they were basically right at the line where you are supposed to stop. This happened at the very first stoplight you hit coming from a 65 mile per hour speed limit zone. Just a bad concept if you ask me. Anyways, Once the cops showed up and assessed the situation, they called Camel Towing to come get my car. Honestly I thought it was gonna be some gorgeous babe in a thong bikini but it was just a dude. Oh well, so much for wishful thinking. They hitched up my car and dropped me off at the airport across the street so I can get a rental. I gotta say that the guy that I rode with was very professional and told me everything I needed to know in regards to where my car was being taken and the run around I'll be getting from my insurance company.
