When at the store, I could not find the product and asked an associate for help. The associate was in a completely different department and very busy. However, he stopped, directed me to where the product SHOULD be. Not finding it, he took the time to go to the back storage, again, coming back empty handed. Before I knew it, he had accessed a ladder....went down various aisles, looking in boxes stored high up and labeled with only SKU codes. Still nothing. At this point, I politely let him off the hook by thanking him; but he persisted. After at LEAST 15 mins of dogged searching, the product was found! The associate at the Willow Lawn was named RICK. He very well could have been the manager? I have NEVER EVER seen such dedication to customer care and wanted to take the time to give this review in hopes that someone at that location shares this with him.

It was overpriced, already made pottery for you to paint. Although it was overpriced, I will say it was very therapeutic and we enjoyed ourselves. We returned again in 2024, but this time for a homeschool pottery class. I absolutely love that they have planned days for homeschoolers to come in and create different projects. The pricing for that was better and again the kids enjoyed themselves.. The owner and other ladies were kind during both of our interactions. There were great options to choose from to paint and they have some other activities as well. Jessica was the lovely lady who helped us and gave great information and instructions. They had a lot of different tools and techniques that I hadn't seen before. I also really appreciated that they encouraged us to take the bottles of paint needed to our table. A previous place I had gone to, filled our palettes for us and told us to ask for more if needed which was very frequent and difficult when it was busy. Anyways, we got our mugs and our paint and began to art! We had a great time and felt no pressure to get finished quickly. I am looking forward to seeing our finished prod
