My family and I had reserved a cabin through this company for a fun three-day weekend get-away. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected death in the family and had to cancel last minute. I assumed we would be out the price of the cabin ($400) but much to my surprise and delight, they offered their condolences and said we could rebook at our convenience - I'll happily do business with this company anytime - you should too! read more
