Upon arriving we immediately contacted them about the 30 C temperature inside the unit. We said we were worried for the safety of our young child and they callously told us to "use a fan". The property had only a single window that could not be opened more than 5 cm, so the space cannot be adequately ventilated. We tried for several hours to plead with Lemon Tree for aid and we were told they'd think about helping the next day. I am ashamed to have supported a business that is willing to harm people for a small profit.

Badly, when you want to charge your devices, you also have to turn the light on (at least in the b dorm), what is quite annoying, especially for overnight. This hostel is not suitable for big and heavy suitcases, because there's no elevator, but when you're with a backpack/ smaller suitcase it works just fine. For your convenience there is a bar right around the corner, and the super market and a drugstore/ banks are just about a 10 minute walk away.
