They also damaged the stove pipe and left a big scrape on the side of it. After all that, I got a bill for several hundred dollars and nothing was fixed. A painter I had working for me at the time asked if he could take a look at the stove and he was able to figure it out and fix it in about 15 minutes. It has worked ever since.
