Dishonest scammers! Had the service team come out to replace the insulation in my stove (which they…read moresaid they do when I stopped in to ask in person) but they didn't have the replacement insulation with them when they came. Instead of calling me or saying they can't when I made the appointment, they showed up knowing they couldn't do any work and charged me $140 for the service call. Waste of time and money for absolutely nothing! While at my house they told me I could order stove insulation on Amazon and cut it to size, which tells that it's a universal standard and not some unique part for my stove. They either didn't want to do the work so they said they didn't have it so they could go home early, or they knew in advance so they could scam me. Can't believe how dishonest this local business is. And the cherry on top is they said they would call me in the morning to give me an estimated time of when they would come but I never got a call. I called them around 11 to find out and they said between 2-4, they showed at 4:15. I waited all day for them just to be scammed This happened 3 months ago and today they sent me an invoice for service. I called and spoke with a woman over in finance, explained what happened, told her the credit card company agreed with me and refunded me, and she said they will never do business with me again and hung up on me... as if I would ever go to them again lol

My husband went back to Mattress Firm the very next day and was told that they couldn't deliver the correct mattress until Sunday because they didn't have any in stock. Are you kidding me?! I highly doubt they sold out all of these mattresses in one day. I find it highly suspicious that when we purchase a mattress they can be here the next day but when it comes to fixing their mistake it takes them 5 days.

THEN we were hit with smiles, pleasantries, small talk and about 15 minutes of questioning including "whats your absolute max you would spend?" I'm sorry, a single solitary mattress for 1000 should be doable. He led us to an example and asked me to try it. Said it was the best of both, firm and soft, a "compromise" for me and my husband. I obliged him and began to sit until I realized the quicksand filled mattress was a far cry from my firm mattress request. I reminded him for the 101th time that I was hunting for a firm mattress.
