To which front desk stated, 'I will do it than'. Maybe it was a bad morning we all have them but when you are in the customer service industry you don't get bad days. Suck it up. My massage started at 10:12am appointment was at 10am. I stated specifically what I needed and really wasn't interested in anything more than what I wanted. The massage was fine. Massage ends at 1129am I requested 90 minutes. What I wasn't made aware of is you pay $165 for not 90 min massage you pay for a 90 min time slot that starts late and gets cut short. I asked the front desk about such issue and she states some number (make no sense to me). So I tell her that really sucks and is super disappointing she says nothing to me. Just disappointed.

Told him that his default adjustment method hurt, he did it anyway. I even asked owner for MRI referral; she put me on traction table. They do not keep good notes, either. I would tell him of new pains and he ALWAYS wrote "sitting and driving"; never wrote what I told him. They didn't listen, made my problem worse, which required twice the time for healing. Only reason I would set foot in that place is to make a payment or see one of the fantastic (but too expensive @$300/hr) massage specialists.

Highlights around my face came out orange and all the beautiful light blonde I walked in with was covered by a dark and drab toner. Nothing could be done.
