Upon arriving back an hour later, the cashier snapped at us at she would be shutting down after the customer in front of us for lunch. We are completely understanding that everyone deserves a break, however, when telling us to come back an hour prior, a shut down of 1:30 would have been great to have mentioned. We finally convinced her to help us quickly before lunch and received a short, rude attitude and a partial-fill, with no insight as to how to receive the remainder of the medication. Horrible customer service, under-trained and all-around need for improvement. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited for over 45 minutes, so I went to check to see what the issue was because we had been there for about an hour, which was frustrating because I would have left to feed my 54 day old had I known the time. They apologized and said they just got the "go ahead" to fill it. I asked if they would prioritize filling it since the wait was three times longer then expected. The pharmacy tech told me "she was working on it now, minus the time it took for her to have this conversation" then she stormed off. It was the rudest encounter I have had possibly ever with someone in customer service. where I work, if we ever treated customers this way we would be fired on the spot. Further more, no pharmacist came to talk to me about this new medication- which actually has pretty serious side effects like bottoming out a baby's blood sugar and respiratory failure. As a nurse, thankfully I'm in health care and know this, but the tech just said "hey you don't have to talk to the pharmacist if you don't want to." You absolutely have to talk to a pharmacist any time you are starting something new- that is standard care. what if I wasn't in health care and just said no and took it and left without any counseling on the blood sugar dip and how important frequent feedings are? they could literally be killing people.
