I just go out of work and this incident happen at 8:45am... I visited this store several times and what catch my attention was this employee with his amazing energy and excellent customer service. But today I went in the morning and I notice a tall lady with the vest being very disrespectful with this kind man, embarrassing him in front of others customers. I believe her name is Maya and I saw her before being disrespect with other employees. She was arrogant and speaking in a high tone of voice and told this gentlemen "to punch out and go home if you can not handle the management authority". I didn't see this man disrespect her or increase his voice, he just ask for money change. It is sad to see how the ego works in an authority position... I hope the management take care of this incident and they keep in mind good people leave companies because other are in the wrong position. Just a concern customer... read more

I would highly recommend NOT going to this drugstore for any of your RX needs. I had the worst experience there with my sons medication. I dropped off his prescription on a Friday and said I'd be back to get it the next morning. Needless to say, I never ended up getting it til the following Wednesday after a huge run-around, including them making me wait in the drive-thru for 20+ minutes and ignoring me when I tried to ask them for my credit card back that I'd already sent to try to pay for the RX (since I was giving up again and simply wanted to leave). I finally drove out of the drive-thru and went in to get my card only to find they sent it in the carrier to the next car in line! I was not happy; especially when she told me I needed to wait and I would get it back eventually; "they were busy." Needless to say, I pulled my sons monthly RX from there for good after this experience and we now use Walmart. Thank goodness my sons life didn't depend on getting this medication. read more

Always friendly and helpful. Have had a few hiccups but they work hard to rectify. Pharmacy team is great.
