My teeth were in abysmal shape due to years of neglect. I mostly cried during the first check up. Dr. Swan and his staff was were pros, gently and carefully assessing my needs and explaining my options. I chose to get a traditional upper denture and a permanent lower denture secured with 4 implants. He recommended Dr Tracy McIntire whom I reviewed in a separate Yelp space. My surgery was less than a week ago and I am ecstatic over the results. Gone are my smelly rotten stubs and in its place are a beautiful full set of teeth. My discomfort level is minimal. I returned to Dr Swan's office jubilant and grateful. I told them that I should've had these procedures 20 years. But I've changed my mind. I needed this specific set of doctors to get me the best results. Don't dawdle like I did. If you need help both dental wise and nerves, call Dr. Swan and get your process going.

I was extremely nervous about a procedure and since he doesn't offer gas to calm me he did give me a prescription just for the day of. He also knew I would be in some pain after and gave me a small prescription for that. I appreciate a person who doesn't abuse his powers. His staff is also amazing. They literally all have smiles when they greet you. I am comfortable with any one of them assisting me.

Without any notice they have decided they will no longer accept soonercare. Because my child is low income they are willingly medically neglecting her. No where else will accept her insurance, especially with no notice. Extremely unprofessional and has no regards or care for the overall well-being of their patients. My daughter is 6. Their money is worth more than her well-being and it is sick. Find somewhere with better integrity and someone who cares about your child and not just money. They can see all five of my kids at the same time and basically get us through in what typically takes me one visit with two kids at our old place. I have two "fancy" kids, one who has Down Syndrome and one who is medically complicated and let me tell you, Dr. W and staff are so good with them. He's willing to answer ALL my insane questions as I'm "that mom" who has to know every little detail about every little thing. So patient and so kind. My daughter with DS originally was a bit timid and sometimes struggled to want to be there or to allow dentists to look at her teeth... she has had zero trouble adjusting to EP&TD, and she loves "doctor dubs" (to the point this week she invented a tooth ache so she could go see him lol, she just keeps forgetting which tooth she told me hurt lol).. We just got home from my medically complicated child having 4 teeth extracted and we felt so well cared for and supported through the whole process. We've been at this clinic for two years now. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust with your precious kiddo's... this is the place! Give them a try!

First, before leaving a review, I read the reviews of others, and I think to take the time to leave…read morea review should reflect an actual experience or end result. I see reviews which reflect neither here, so here is mine: 1) on time and 100% prepared for my visit and the immediate need to address my swollen face from an apparent crown gone rotten (not sure why but this happens). 2) I own my own business and expect my employees to represent myself, my business and my craft. A) Dr. Joe's Staff is very well trained....by their university. They are MENTORED to know the craft by Dr. Joe. I would probably be safe to say his staff may have learned something related to my emergency visit. 3) Respect. Nothing less than respect was given to me not only as a customer, but as a friend and the world's worst 1,000% phobo-freak of my teeth. Now, my review. I give Dr. Isaacson and his office 5 stars for 5 specific reasons. 1) They immediately addressed my clinical issues with two sets of eyes, one of which was his hygienist. I impressed that a business owner had invested a tremendous amount of their time in making sure their staff knew the business as well as himself and could help expedite my treatment (obviously tenure makes some difference). 2) The environment is an environment, to those of you who bad mouthed it, that brought a great amount of peace to someone like me who is absolutely petrified of getting anything done in their mouth. So, with that being said, the office keeps privacy, the noise of drills next door and the ambiance to a perfect level considering for me it is a nightmare. 3) Finances. For those who want to complain about "being a paycheck", let me fill you in on some things as a small business owner. I was trying to figure out how today Dr. Isaacson made a profit off of my procedures and it occurred to me he probably did not make a profit but made and impression which will generate way more than my visit alone. See, I have and extensive background in medical and medical billing and I can honestly say that today may have been a break even day for Dr. Isaacson. However, my continued business with him should warrant his return. 4) Staff. Not once was I not greeted with a how are you, how are you doing, or even the "Mr. X did you pee in your pants?". Seriously in the middle of two significant events for me and 1 major one I had to go to the bio. I did not realize that I have sprayed water all over my shorts while doing so so this I found to be very respectful and funny. 5) Business is defined by 1 thing in my book. That one single Item is TRUST. It is not given, it is really not earned in my opinion when it comes to my mouth. I am single handedly petrified of the dentist. I have had now two great ones. Dr. Isaacson earned my respect over the past week as a clinician. Not as a friend, a neighbor or a person or a colleague from a University. His clinical background, his respect for his staff and the business was way above what you will normally experience.

This dental team will treat you like family, and their prices on implants can't even be beaten by the dental college! But let's talk real talk--even when prices are AMAZING, sometimes we still can't afford the whole implant process or other dental work that we need all at once...but that's okay, and I'm here to tell you that. Let's be real, a lot of us are avoiding treatment because of the overwhelming cost in scary economic times for us; inflation is hitting everyone hard right now, as wages fail to compensate for it. Care Credit is great, if you qualify, but a lot of Americans struggle with credit scores, and have to rely on saving up instead. Work in stages, guys! It's totally possible. I've had to work on my implant process for a few years, first affording one part of the procedure, and still saving to finish it. Did that mean I needed to accept covering my smile? Feeling less confident? No. What you're seeing here is a temporary tooth that Dr. Humphrey's team member, Alexis BUILT, on SITE. Long story short, there are OPTIONS --affordable ones--and a treatment plan you can start TODAY. You can get back to smiling sooner than you think, and even if it takes a few years to finish... nobody is keeping track but you. There's no competition here, this is about your health and your self esteem! Is this my permanent implant? No. Does it work while I'm still on my treatment plan journey & was it the cost affordable solution? Absolutely! And! I can eat basically anything I want-- the only thing I wouldn't recommend is biting into corn on the cob lol. You don't have to put your smile off any longer due to fear or overwhelming price tags. They repaired my front tooth today & I couldn't be happier. I know you'll be happy with their plans too.

The woman at the front desk was so friendly, warm and welcoming. Going to the dentist is usually a pretty anxiety-inducing experience for most, but this team treats you like you are family and is very patient with you. They even offer a comfort menu :) Dr. Ramsden listened carefully to my concerns and then came up with a good treatment plan. A lot of dentists tend to rush you out the door; that didn't happen here, and I appreciate that. I highly recommend Rose Rock Dental!
