Aspen Dental is ripoff they quote prices for dentures and when set appointment they go 750 to 5000 dollars I don't care how much advertising they do, don't trust them. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with, for the amount of money they qoute for dentures you can get implants. Do not trust them. read more

I am 21 years old, never missed a cleaning, and they said and I quote "maybe if you're rich and famous one day you can get yourself some veneers".....I instantly held back tears and no, I was not there inquiring about veneers I was just there for another basic cleaning in my new town. read more

The staff was rude. The x-ray lady put some item in my mouth which was very uncomfortable and hurt and when I said it hurt she said well it'll only be a second. It was not a second. They did a full set of x-rays and when I told them I only wanted to discuss pulling one tooth. They made me wait in the little room that you wait for the dentist in for 45 minutes and when the dentist did come in he had me open my mouth poked around for a minute went and sat behind my back and discussed my oral care with some other person who was in there. Unless the room and had another person come in and take me to a little office where a young lady said that to take care of my teeth, it would cost me $2,000 to pull one tooth. Are you flipping kidding me run run as far as you can from these dentists. They're nothing but con artists and cheats​ you don't even deserve a one-star review. Only gave 2 starts because the staff was very nice. Went in for a consult. They took x rays and painfully probed around my mouth and said I have periodontitis. I don't have insurance and they estimated me for over $3k worth of dental work. Got a second opinion from a family dentist in Broken Arrow and they concluded that my teeth are nowhere near as bad as Aspen said. I work on cruise ships and asked if I could wait six months to get the procedure done when I would be on vacation again (and after I'd gotten insurance). The dentist and manager made it seem like I needed to get it done immediately or else I'd lose my teeth (I'm 30 years old, have never had major dental problems). Sounds like they're just gunning for money. read more

I really enjoyed the staff at Aspen Dental in Stillwater. They were friendly and understandable. I was shocked to hear though that my procedure would be over $1,000 and asked if I wanted to set up a payment plan before asking me if I wanted to proceed. I didn't like how they handled procedures in the future and I won't be going in the future. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could. Over priced is only the tip of the ice berg. They have rescheduled my appointment for a permanent crown 5 times now. It's been over two months now that I've had a temporary crown that my keeps coming out. I come in for an appointment for what is supposed to be for my permanent crown only to find out once I'm here that my crown actually isn't in. This is my second time coming in to find out it isn't in. At this point I want a full refund for my time wasted and so that I may go to another dentist. They seriously just need to close this location. In the time I've spent trying to get my tooth fixed here they've been through two different staffs. read more

I have had nothing but issues with Aspen Dental. On two different occasions they worked on teeth that I initially had not come in for. You will see a different doctor every visit, and there is little to no accountability in their practice. I have had to argue my case every time I go to visit to be treated fairly. Right after I got the most recent work done I came back due to pain in the affected area. After my follow up appointment the doctor mentioned there were a couple things that didn't look right on the most recent work. When I called to make my next appointment while still experiencing said pain, I was told its normal for the procedure I had done. I have since went to another dental practice and was not so shocked to find that the tooth was far from fixed and may need redone. I have had enough appointments with this practice to tell you GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. The clear lack of communication between doctors and the front office alone is worth the one star rating. The prior reviews say it all but I figured I'd also share my experience. Any other dentist in Stillwater will treat you better than Aspen. read more

I made app's there since I had a tooth pain. They started with a full set of x-rays. The nurse placed a painful probe inside my mouth. She had not trained well. Then, a hygenist came and measured my gumline. Finally, a doctor came inside and I asked about my tooth pain. The manager etimated over $2K worth of dental work. She said they would not fix my tooth till I have deep cleaning (more than $600) with the hygenist. However, my priority was my tooth pain. It seems they only care about money. read more

Not much to say on the dental side except that they did not care that I was in pain from a root canal they did. Mainly switched dentists because of the constant rescheduling. That day they had to do it on their time or not for another month and I had work and school to go through all week. Being a single mom and full time student and employee I have to prioritize. I highly suggest anyone who goes here to keep all documentation as I did. Also check everything they tried to do gingivitis treatment on me and my new dentist told me I absolutely did not need that and that I have healthy gums. read more

I made app't to have an implant screw tightened. So the 1st thing they do is a full set of xrays. Then a hygienist comes in and does a visual inspection and measures my gumlines. Then finally the dentist looks at the tooth and says Sorry without any information on the brand I can't do anything. He didn't even try to size it to wrenches he might have on hand. Then the office manager handed me a bill for nearly $200. I said sorry I didn't ask for any of this. read more

My husband needed an emergency set of dentures, as he'd "misplaced" his while staying in a local assisted living center. After waiting a week hoping they'd turn up, we called Aspen. Aspen got him in quickly and made the dentures overnight. The fit wasn't perfect the first time because he'd gone so long without a denture, but after wearing the new dentures for a few days and an adjustment or two, the dentures fit perfectly. I highly recommend this office and Rebecca in particular, took such good personal care of my husband. Very professional, talented, personable and compassionate.
